After 36 years in law enforcement I cannot believe what I saw taking place. First off, FIRE EACH AND EVERYONE IN THAT JAIL CELL! Put the jail commander/manager and the watch commander on a non-paid leave of absence along with the sgt. who authorized the arrest. Find every inch of tape-disc from that arrest and have an independant forensic lab check it for tampering. Have the State Attorney Generals Office or the F.B.I. lead the investigation. I would be so thorough it would make each officer involved "PUCKER", if you know what I mean. Those involved, you had better start hiding what assets you have 'cause things are going to get real hairy.
