I began to investigate this information regarding The American Police Force at the request of one of our Resistnet members. I sent some members some active police and Private Investigators to look into the matter. I specifically asked these questions to be determined:

1. If this is a legitimate internet site.

2. Does "The American Police Force" exist?

3. Is it a private agency that has received some sort of U.S. Marshall or Federal Deputation??

4. Has this "American Police Force" taken over for the County Sheriff, in Hardin, Montana or anywhere in the United States of America?

Please actually do some research on this. It may be much more than what we think. "Listen to the rumors and ACT on the Facts".

Before I could receive an answer the site had been taken down and no access could be made.

I have posted something that I found on youtube.com and has a television station showing the site.

I don't know what this all means but I do believe this is being covered up fast. I am not placing any tags because I want you all to see this information.

I remember when union workers thought their futures were secure.. They should have listened to the good book's wisdom on the lessons of Nimrod and the Golden Calf, and the Common Purse - ANY ONE that buys into "social security" is no student of history.. I warned a year or more ago that the government workers were going to loose the "funds" that pay their "deferred wages/retirement"..

It's going to be great watching all the bureaucratic parasites whine when their "retirement funds" are confiscated to pay the debts of "contracts".. If a lineman for the power company can loose his retirement to pay the banksters (have his retirement stolen by the banksters) why not government employees??

Also, government workers in general can't see the forest for the trees - by fixating on their "retirements".. They are about to get the axe.... Poetic justice for the traitors that served themselves at the expense of those they oppressed, and imprisoned (victimless "crimes" - an oxymoron) in violation of the Oath they took.. But their replacements won't be taking an Oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of and State - They'll be complying with "Policy"..

You'd think these self-aggrandizing bureaucrats would recognize the set-up for confiscation of "retirement funds" by what has happened to others' retirement funds - they have ALWAYS been stolen by the banksters sooner or later; and government employee retirement funds are in the 100's of TRILLIONS of $$$.. The banksters will confiscate it "to balance their (ponzi scheme) books"..

The American Police Force is just a sign-of-the-times for LEO's and all their bureaus and departments.. It is the beginning of the end of "civil servants"..
Oh, and once again (least we forget Ruby Ridge) the "test" is in a remote rural area..
Just a side thought: Tiberius (70AD) first conquered the country side before conquering Jerusalem (cities don't grow their food, or create their energy consumed, nor are they the source of their water)..
Shhhh... we don't want to awaken those caught up in city-spin.. It's easier to kill and steal from the sleeping than the vigilant..

An Oregon Sheriff declined a similar offer to keep the County Jail filled to capacity from ICE and BATF, bla, bla, bla... Not all is lost - some LEO's and maybe even the Military see through this federalist coup, and are waking up to the fact that they are the Brown Shirts and the Night of the Long Knives approaches..

This is a test !!

If nothing else, this should wake the County Sheriff up to the fact that the federalist coup intends to do away with them - (that is literal in more than one since of the word).. What'a ya know! - Sheriff Richard Mack and the "radical" Sheriffs of the Mountain west were right all along..
=========

This is not far removed from what the IRS did in northern Idaho in the 70's, testing the waters of intimidation..
Note: R-Rep George Hansen was blowing the whistle on what was going on, and wrote a book "To Harass a People"..
Google Quixote's Horse and Representative George Hansen..
This is a test to see if people will accept an imported police force..
Note: The Sheriff is no friend of, or stranger to the feds; and has openly stood against the federalists.. Interesting that such a test would occur in circumstances parallel to those in Idaho in the 70's..
This is one of the elements of a classical coup - to take over or replace local resident police In this case, hirelings of the federalist bankster backers of the coup.. Banksters prefer socialistic governments because they control the very existence over the people, and are the collection/extortion agency..

These outfits (opts) are funded.. In following the money, all the ink tracks to the banksters..

The use of Contracts to circumvent the Law of the Land is another of the elements of a classical coup - .. This contract, public/private prison business is pure fascism, and it is fully entrenched in our "justice" system..

This is why I've been advocating that every County in every State elect a Constitutionalist as Sheriff, and also Governor.. This is how (by Contract) the federalist coup is using the UCC and the Terms and Conditions of "loans" and "grants" and "mandates" that have "rules" and "regulations" (read Terms and Conditions) that become "public policy" (compliance with the terms and conditions), by which the Courts rule (enforce policy - not the LAW)..

The American Police Force is just another example of how Contracts are used to circumvent the Order of Government and the Rule of Law.. These "police" and prison operators are nothing short of mercenaries for the banksters.. Merrill Lynch was bullish on American and on "contract prisons", where many States send their convicted felons, for a fee.. Nice little profit margin.. So, why not expand that profiteering to the local level? The Citizens don't want to pay tax to house the prisoners and then pay all the PERKS and "retirement" of bureaucrats, who get paid to run an empty prison: And, the fact is, prisons-for-profit are less expensive in the short and long term..

Problem is, Courts enforce "policy" rather than the LAW, so the Courts will look to the Contracts, and "Civil Rights" or any "Rights" whatsoever, not explicitly stated in the Contract in the Terms and Conditions, won't have "standiing".. That's what's going on now.. Enforcement of Policy over Law is another element of a classical coup d'etat..

Hey, a Blackwater guy needs a job when he comes home from Iraq too..
If the US was a factory, you'd see deferred maintenance, and all the moves that make for a soft-landing (closing down) of the factory.. The banksters are shutting down, dismantling the US in preparation for a massive population reduction.. (The boomers die-off about to begin will cut the population about in half).. [The first step in population reduction is incarceration.. (incarceration proceeds incineration - in every coup)..]

A thought for the LEO's of America.. NAZI stands for "National Socialist" - Hitler used the Brown Shirts to take power in the name of equality and fairness for the working majority.. But, once in power, he killed all the socialist Brown Shirts in the Night of the Long Knives..

I remember when union workers thought their futures were secure.. They should have listened to the good book's wisdom on the lessons of Nimrod and the Golden Calf, and the

Hardin Official Fights 'Outlandish' APF Rumors

A Hardin Montana official is trying to quell rumors that the town is "becoming a police state, having private paramilitary security forces, building gates at the town entrances, taking residents to the detention center that refuse to get swine flu shots, registering your firearms, and blocking off our main street," among other fears.

In a statement, Al Peterson of the city's economic development agency, the Two Rivers Authority (TRA), responds to fears stoked by Hardin's deal with American Police Force, a mysterious private security contractor, to provide prisoners for an empty prison in town.

Addressing concerns, raised mostly on the internet, that citizens could be forced to give up their guns, Peterson writes: "It would be a cold day in____ when anyone could ask the citizens of this area give up their firearms without a HUGE fight." Peterson adds a "personal opinion" that "Gun control in Montana is best described as 'Being Able To Hit Your Target.'"

Separately, Peterson told TPMmuckraker that Becky Shay, the former local reporter who abruptly quit her job and signed on as APF's PR rep last week, has received death threats. A message on Shay's voicemail said her mailbox was full and could not accept messages.

The state's attorney general has launched a probe of the deal between APF and the TRA. APF official Michael Hilton has a lengthy criminal record, and several claims made by the company on its website -- such as that it works with the US government and operates in all 50 states -- have been called into question.

Here's Peterson's statement in full:
For those of you who have been reading articles located on the internet regarding Hardin, Montana becoming a police state, having private paramilitary security forces, building gates at the town entrances, taking residents to the detention center that refuse to get swine flu shots, registering your firearms, and blocking off our main street, and many more outlandish false information, I have an update for you.
The local Big Horn County Sheriff's Department is in charge of all police functions in Hardin and Big Horn County and has been since 1976. Sheriff Lawrence "Pete" Big Hair is the County Sheriff and is in charge of police /sheriff deputies for the city and county. He, in my opinion, does not have enough manpower, equipment, money, etc. to adequately cover the large area. The county and city officials are in discussions to end their agreement, with the city possibly to start trying to implement a city police department. The agreement calls for the county to continue to provide police services for the city for the next two years.

Hardin Two Rivers Authority, City of Hardin's Economic Development Commission, is also trying to open a detention facility that has been unoccupied for two years. recently, the TRA has been working with a new corporation, APF, to try and provide inmates for the facility. The City of Hardin and the TRA have agreed that the revenue will be to help the city with the start up and operating costs of the police force if one is organized and approved by the Hardin City Council. We are hoping there will be enough revenue to help over the TRA expenses and the city police force when this is up and running.

The last time I was on a Hardin street, there was one black Mercedes SUV driving around Hardin. It is being driven by the ONLY APF employee currently in Hardin, Becky Shay, the APF spokeswoman. She was in a skirt, blouse and NOT carrying a weapon. Nobody has been stopped by any police officer in Hardin other by the Big Horn County Sheriff's Department. Montana, Big Horn County and Hardin, have a large percent of our population that are hunters. It would be a cold day in____ when anyone could ask the citizens of this area give up their firearms without a HUGE fight.

My personal opinion:

People who would believe that t

American Police Force Leader's Long Criminal Record

The American Police Force, that mysterious security company that just took over an empty jail in Hardin, Montana, is looking shadier than ever.

Since yesterday, details have been emerging about the background of the man behind APF -- a California-based grifter, who has said he's a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Montenegro, and uses the name Michael Hilton.

Over the years, Hilton has served jail time for fraud, and had a string of arrests and other run-ins with the law. Based on reports from the AP, the Billings Gazette, and Prison Legal News, here's a quick rundown:

• 1988: Hilton arrested in Santa Ana, Calif. for writing bad checks.

• April 1990: Hilton is again arrested in Santa Ana for writing bad checks and for grand theft.

• 1992: A civil judgment of $83,000 is entered against Hilton and Ilia Dokovich.

• March 1993: Hilton pleads guilty in Orange County court to 14 felonies, including 10 counts of grand theft. One charge involves a $20,000 real estate scam, in which Hilton persuaded an associate to give him a deed on property in Long Beach, Calif., saying it was to be used as collateral on a loan, then sold the property to someone else. According to the AP, he spends six years in prison in California.

• 1999: A small claims judgment is entered against Hilton for $3,979.

• 2000: the same plaintiff obtans another small claims judgment against Hilton in Los Angeles County, this one for $1,852.

• March 2000: Hilton is accused of fraud, larceny, and breach of contract, in connection to a venture in which Hilton and others recruited the plaintiff to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars to create collectible Super Bowl commemorative coins. According to the complaint, Hilton and the others said the money would be used for the design and manufacture of the coins and for a license to produce them from the National Football League -- but the NFL never issued a license. Hilton is ultimately ordered to pay the plaintiff $200,000.

• Around the same period: Hilton also faces two similar fraud suits: In one, he's accused of posing as a fine arts dealer to deceive a Utah couple into giving him a $100,000 silver statue. In the other, he is said to have teamed with a doctor to recruit investors for a southern California assisted-living facility that was never built.

• November 2002: Hilton files for bankruptcy, in order to avoid eviction by his landlord.

• March 2003: Hilton is arrested for DUI in Huntington Beach.

• February 2004: Hilton files for bankruptcy once more, again to avoid eviction.

• January 2006: A $5,052 judgment lien is entered against Hilton in Orange County, CA.
A Lexis search conducted by Prison Legal News turned up the following aliases used by Hilton: Miodrag Dokovich, Miodrag Djokich, Miodrag Djokovich, Michael Hamilton, Anthony M. Hilton, Michael A. Hilton, Michael Milton and Hristian Djokich, plus related variants.

Its my guess that of the 90 firearms per every 100 persons in America statistic, 89 of these are in the able of Montanians -- They love their state and the freedom peace and wide open spaces -- I might even pity a "police force" that was formed in February should they get "uppity" against citizens of Montana. I also since obama can be president with no experience required so goes for APF. This is rich!
