Where Is There Evidence Of A Split Among Muslims?

I don't hang around with Muslims, so I don't know for sure if there is a split, but it seems to me that there would be a split between violent radical Muslims and the peaceful Muslims.

A peaceful non-violent group of people who knowingly permit violent terrorists to blend in and hide among the so called "moderate" crowd in my opinion would not really be peaceful or non-violent.

A Mosque that permits itself to be used to provide cover for dangerous Terrorists would also be a Terrorist Mosque even if the rhetoric used within that Mosque is peaceful.

Has anyone on this site heard of any Muslims who have stepped up and spoken out against 911, the Fort Hood massacre or any other terrorist attack within our nation or without? If so, please let us know.
