Open letter to Senators and members of Congress


As a concerned citizen, I volunteered to assist Grassfire.Net and Resist.Net in delivering thousands of Petitions to all Senators signed by your constituents against Government-Run Healthcare. I had the privilege to deliver those Petitions to your office in Washington DC on October 27th, 2009. I hope you have had an opportunity to review them.

I am sorry I was unable to meet with you personally, but the crux of the problem was getting this small innocuous task done. It took many stressful hours to accomplish it!

However, the reason for this letter is of a different nature. You see, I was at the Hart, Dirksen & Russell Buildings trying to deliver these Petitions on 10/27. I took an early morning 4:40 AM train from Penn Station to meet up with the other members to execute our Constitutional Rights. It should not have taken longer than a few minutes to visit each office and have the petitions delivered to every State Senator.

Due to idiotic bureaucracy, we were given one excuse after another to prevent us from accessing our Senators by the Capitol Police. These security guards made up their own rules. At each entrance we were denied entry for a different reason and no one was able to cite any specific rule or regulation as a basis. It was laughable!

I had to endure the pitfalls of a government that has lost touch with the people. While running ragged back and forth in the rain from office to office, to comply with the officers requests, I became totally convinced that our government is incapable to do anything, let alone handle 17-20% of our economy-Government run Health Care. The same bureaucracy that has virtually bankrupted Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Amtrak, Post Office and other agencies is eager to destroy the best health care in the world! While Europe and Canada are running away from Socialist Health Care, we are embracing the comforts of a “Nanny State”. What has happened to common sense? Is that the only way the control freaks can control its underlings?

Once again, your actions have forced me to make a trip to Washington D.C. to address a multitude of issues. Upon Michele Bachmann’s open invitation, thousands upon thousands are here today to let you know how we feel. You have ignored our phone calls, our faxes, our letters, our Tea Parties! You failed to hear us April 15th! You failed to hear us July 4th! You failed to hear us September 12th!

Can you hear us now?!?


I am fully aware of the fact that you will not change your views on this subject. You and many other Senators and Congressmen have envisioned changing this country to a Socialist nation. If you wish to ram down this monstrosity Healthcare plan, how come you will not subscribe to it yourselves? Or is it not good enough?

Believe it or not, most people are happy with their coverage! Why fix what ain’t broken in the first place? Better yet, start with Tort reform, transportable policies; erase state lines for insurance companies. That would cost virtually nothing to the tax payers. How about getting rid of the fraud and waste within Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare before attempting to force this garbage on us?

Let me assure you. We are just beginning! If you and your fellow elitists fail to listen to reason, you should start packing-NOW! There is going to be a lot of House & Senate cleaning in the forthcoming year. We the People do not want Government Run Health Care! No Cap & Tax-No Fairness Doctrine-No Amnesty for illegal’s for starters!

Stop the crazy spending of our money and learn to balance a budget just like the rest of us must do! Leave us alone and the economy will grow!

We don’t trust you anymore! Who wants to invest in a business if their profits will be forfeited by Big Brother Government? Stay out of our lives!!!!

While you are at it, Audit the Fed!

By the way, why are you allowing a bunch of thugs and Marxists to run our White House? Aren’t those dubious Czars subverting your job? Doesn’t anyone have a backbone to speak up for our country and its Constitution?
