If a Non-Muslim who has never in his life been a Muslim decides to become a Muslim would he likely be Radical & Hateful?

These people are targeting prisoners in our correctional system for conversion to Islam. They are not trying to convert them to help them make something of themselves like the Christian prison workers are. They are there to tap into the anger and hatred that is present among prisoners much of the time.
They are in our prisons to recruit soldiers into their jihad against Christians, Americans, and anything that is decent and wholesome.
