Chairman Mao-bama's Citizenship

Barack Obama walks into a bar with a parrot on his shoulder. The bartender takes one look at them and asks: "Where'd you get that?"

This is my first blog, but I write articles daily and e-mail them to over a thousand people on my mailing list which grows longer each day. Many have requested that I start placing my articles / e-mails on a blog site that they can easily point people to. Since I am a member in near full agreement of and with the patriotic resistance, I could think of no better place to post than here, amongst friends.

I received an e-mail about B.O.'s citizenship and the firestorm coming from the release of his scholastic records, from one of the people on my mailing list, (who will remain anonymous), and I wanted to share my reply with you...

Dear ******,

First, allow me to thank you for engaging in the conversation, it is a delight to me when I hear from one of the many people on my different mailing lists. (It proves to me that I am not wasting my time.) So, again thank you.

I have received many such emails, and while Barry's birthplace is most certainly a hot button issue with many, I must respectfully point out that even if B.O. were born in the bowels of hell and there was a validated birth certificate signed by Satan himself, giving evidence of this hell spawn, (and I'm sure that there are many that believe in it's existence), it is a mute point.

American citizenship is based, (per the 14th Amendment), on one of two principals / requirements:

1.) Jus Soli; meaning the right of soil: The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees citizenship at birth to almost all individuals born in the United States or in U.S. jurisdictions, according to the principle of jus soli. Certain individuals born in the United States, such as children of foreign heads of state or children of foreign diplomats, do not obtain U.S. citizenship under jus soli.

2.) Jus Sanguinis; meaning the right of blood: Certain individuals born outside of the United States are born citizens because of their parents, according to the principle of jus sanguinis (which holds that the country of citizenship of a child is the same as that of his / her parent or parents). The U.S. Congress is responsible for enacting laws that determine how citizenship is conveyed by a U.S. citizen parent or parents according to the principle of jus sanguinis. These laws are contained in the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Information on who is a citizen or national at birth can be found in the following sections of the INA: § 301, § 302, § 303, § 304, § 305, § 306, § 307, § 308, and § 309.

Even if Barry's mamma did return to Hawaii within the 3 day registration limitation required by Hawaiian state law and registered his birth in that state falsely, the fact remains that not only is he a naturalized citizen under jus sanguinis, but is also very likely to be considered a dual nationality citizen of both the U.S. and Kenya.

The one and only legal ramification over the release of Chairman Mao-bama's university records comes in the form of fraud. If he did receive grants and assistance, claiming to be an Indonesian national, that is at best fraud, or at worst, grand theft, and there may be an issue of import there. But had he been claiming foreign citizenship, as a Kenyan national to receive the Fulbright Scholarship he would be completely within his rights, since he most probably does hold dual citizenship.

My point is, that Barry smiles when confronted by this question, because he knows the non-issue that it really is.

His whole practice of fascist rule is built upon a platform of misdirection, smoke and mirrors.

Just like watching a magic show, he misdirects people's attention to inane and fruitless pursuits in time-wasting, all the while the real issues of substance, (i.e., corruption in appointments, card check, cap and tax, s-chip, socialized health care, government take-over of private industry, etc.), are being pushed through without a word spoken in debate, or mentioned in the criminal liberal media. As long as his minions can evade answering questions about non-sequator issues, and keep people focusing their efforts on useless pursuits, the more he wins. Just like the magician, while we waste time, effort, monies placing our focus on non-starter issues, he pulls off the fascist take over of our entire governmental system. And with each new passage, each new trick, we stand in awe, wondering 'how'd he do that?'

For instance, on the criminal liberal news media yesterday, their hot button topics were about Barry's statement on 'paygo', (a plan originally brought to you by congressional republicans under the leadership of Newt Gingerich). But what was behind the smoke and mirrors?

Among yesterday's Associated Press releases was this little gem, but I'll bet you didn't hear about it on any of the mainstream news sources, did you?

Fascinating, isn't it? Barry talks about a dollar in for every dollar spent, and the Dems are forging a bill behind the scenes to decimate the current private health care system and move us one step closer to single pay socialized health care, which requires everyone to purchase into the system. And all that under the guise of free choice. You're free to keep your private health care but, first you'll be taxed (at what rate is anybody's guess), and then you be fined (again, an amount that is unspecified), for not adopting big brothers plan. Finally, under this bill, they will eliminate so-called wasteful spending by "...cutting projected Medicare payments to home health care, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, hospitals and others to cover costs." All of course expected to pass within the first few weeks of August. Again without debate, discussion, bi-partisanship, media coverage...

Hey, how'd he do that?

Barry's version of 'paygo' gives us a fascinating glimpse into what he means when he talks about reducing health care costs, (no home health care, no pharmaceutical coverage, no co-pays to private insurers, no payouts to hospitals).

And, as we ooh and aah in bewilderment, wondering just how he pulled this rabbit out of his hat, and puzzle over where it came from; he smiles glibly and quietly in a self assured realization, as 'a firestorm' is errupting in the media and he is being questioned over this citizenship issue.

And in the end, as he is doing now, he can honestly say he told us exactly what his plans were and state that 'we' elected him, as though THAT somehow now equates to a national mandate, a directive to "Fundamentally Change America" and thereby, we have no right to complain. (BTW: I Did Not nor would I Ever vote for this wannabe dictator.)

I know the issue of Barry Glib's citizenship strikes a cord, that even I, at one time fell victim to, but we cannot allow ourselves to be sidelined by secondary issues. We must concentrate on the man behind the curtain, if we are to be successful in stopping this fascist threat to our country. Otherwise, Barry's right; we haven't earned the right to complain.
