UNDER WHAT AUTHORITY ARE THE SEALS BEING COURT MARTIALED?
IF THEY ARE BEING COURT MARTIALED UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF BARRACK OBAMA, OBAMA IS GOING TO HAVE TO PROVE HIS ATHORITY AS COMMANDER IN CHIEF BY SHOWING HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE! THAT WILL BE THE END OF THE COURT "MARSHALL"!!!
I drafted a letter that I'll be sending to my representation in Washington. Feel free to use it to help these brave men.
Dear Senators and Congressmen;
We’re outraged that three of our Navy Seals are facing criminal charges for abuse of one of Afghanistan’s most wanted terrorists, and we demand to know, under what authority these men are being Court-martialed?
The prisoner who made the complaint was in charge of the death of four Blackwater agents who were transporting supplies for a catering company when they were ambushed and killed by gunfire and grenades. Insurgents then burned the bodies and dragged them through the city. They hanged two of the bodies on a bridge over the Euphrates River for the World Press to Photograph.The man is a soldier who targets civilians making him a terrorist.
Since 20 Jan 2009 we have seen the Obama Administration conduct itself in an unprecedented fashion undermining the National Security and the Economy of this country. Mr. Obama has shown his contempt and disrespect for this Nation in public display and we question the motive for his directives.
In addition we have noticed the protection he lends to our enemies, political criminals and terrorists. We have deep rooted concerns on his loyalty to this Country, Military Personnel and the Laws that have guided this Nation for the past 233 years. We consider his actions acts of Treason. We have proof that Congress is not upholding the United States Constitution and have no intention of doing so. This is all being done under his directives. This is a threat to our National Security!
We demand that the Pentagon postpone any further action against the Navy Seals until Barrack Hussein Obama verifies his right to hold office and command our troops by supplying to the American People a “Valid Birth Certificate”. Until he does so he lacks the Authority to Court Martial any of our Military Personnel.
The man is a Usurper and should be arrested immediately!

This scumbag POS terrorist get's a fat lip and they want to court martial these guys, insane, since when do you take the word of a terrorist over your own military.The only ones who need a fat lip are the idiot s up the chain of command for even pursuing this.Grate way to motivate the troops. They should've just killed him.

Obama has conducted himself in unprecedented fashion undermining national understanding and agreements established two hundred years prior to his even being a sperm! Much less president - There are several Senators in Congress who have voiced that Congress is operating well outside of the Constitution. Simply because our representatives have allied themselves with the Tri-Lateral Alliance and Bilderberg Group does not justify their conducts and especially their illegal behaviors since 20 January 2009. The game is over and military tribunals for some but hand holding for others - namely terrorists - is completely unacceptable! The Military itself should question this administrations abuse of protocol decorum and law! Thats what we should do!

I told them that I demand they look into this for this is too important and should not be used politically and that I was outraged. I feel good now. Thank you.

We question his athority as Commander in Chief!
