How about this approach?

Call the three Senators that Glenn told us about. Nelson, Landreiu, and Lincoln plus the Senators that are up for their seats in 2010.

Use a local state zip code....I furnished this info. in my list of Senators that are up in 2010.

Tell them that you love the work they have done as a Senator in your State, and you fear that they will be unelectable in 2010 if they vote to PROCEED....use that language....otherwise there is a trick to hide behind a… Continue

We need an equivalent of ACORN/MOVE ON and we need some donors like SOROS who want to RESTORE America.
Can this be done ???
I'm thinking to form a coalition group that has on the ground action committees and colorful, young outreach type website with appealing strategies for fiscally responsibile solutions. For example, Bachman's ideas, are good, and so are Boehners, and so are other people's but there is no centralized propaganda unit to promote them, and no idea how to pitch it to environmental types and the brainwashed in general.
We need to make ObamaMafia look like childish, pie in the sky , corrupt and unAmerican versions of the REAL THING, the REAL CHANGE. To do this will take a lot of defining of what the alternatives really are. FOR EXAMPLE: in Health Care, the alternative , the REAL REFORM would be TORT reform, also, cost controls (whatever way they want to do it) as long as individuals and employers are not TAXED to death, and there are no Central Committees planning "best practices" etc.
The alternatives need to be outlined clearly, as do the wonders of Western Civilization which is not taught in schools any more, etc.
A massive PR campaign with local substantive outreach, in other words.
What I am describing to you here is a POLITICAL PARTY, and theway it could RUN.
The Repus are not doing it, the Constitution Party is cerebral, the Ron Pauls are actually the most activist and provide good food for thought, but there is no CENTRIST CONSERVATIVE COMMON SENSE party out there, unless you think of the 912 ers as a political party (which they kind of are).
I can see clearly what has to be done but I am not sure I can do it since I have a job teaching (PT) and I want to work on my art career.......maybe a coalition of tough types to do it together ?
This SITE has the potential to be like that and is moving in that directionbut I do't think they will ever really get it together enough to be the big unification site that we really need.
We have all the components but no central planning.
We have the Tea Party ground troops.
We are identifying the local players.
We know the issues.
BUT the actions we are taking are scattered and the PR is virtually non existent.
Please let me know your ideas when you get a chance, on my suggestions here.
A small way to start is to add names of groups to my list, and to Chicken Lady's list (i bet you others also have lists)
