Truth be told, that is probably the only thing that would get their attention. Cut off the money and watch them start listening. The problem is logistics and getting everyone to do it at once. Can't lock up millions of people for tax evasion.

The economy is where it is in part due to NAFTA, In 1994 when billy clinton was in office, he signed us into NAFTA.
By signing this it stated that WE (USA) were REQUIRED to change our laws to NAFTA laws immediately. Nafta Article 511 REQUIRES that congress conform to all new NAFTA laws within 180 days!!!!!! so they have been changing these laws gradually since then as to not sound an alarm, and by the time the alarm does sound they already have us by the balls.
Why do we have elected officials if they never vote on these laws, but they are merely automatic simply because billy signed it. Lokk into it, you will be very surprised.
