I just received and email from you & Grassfire about "the healthcare hammer". I applaud your efforts.
I am, in my own way, adding something else as well to the resistance.
It is extremely troubling to me that the group we hear from least frequently about the planned government takeover of the practice of medicine are the doctors themselves.
I'd like to call your attention to a website at http://www.CitizenMedic.org. It is self explanatory but I will say here that it is for the purpose of supplying freedom oriented doctors with a free blog, and citizens worried about their freedom in medical matters, with a single centralized spot to read the views of doctors on the subject. It is non-commercial.
I would very much appreciate any feedback you might wish to offer.
That said, if you know any doctors in our camp that would like to participate, PLEASE encourage them to register on the site (and contribute their commentary, thoughts and feelings). And please tell them to mention you and resistnet/Patriotic Resistance when they register, so I know that they are legit. It is important that a website dedicated specifically to doctors be limited to real actual doctors (practicing or retired).

- Since Obama has renewed his push for "Healthcare Reform" what can we do in addition to the faxes, emails, and letters? I get the same generic BS letter or email response from Webb and Warner. My last one from Warner this week said "the cost of doing nothing..." The cost of doing the wrong thing in medicine is called malpractice! I feel both of our senators are guilty of "malpractice". I worked in healthcare for almost 40 years and know they are taking healthcare from seniors so lazy non-workers and illegals can have more care while seniors will lack it when most needed. 500 billion cut from medicare will make it funeralcare. Is this what Viet Nam Vets, Korean War Vets, or WWII Vets deserve for serving our country? Illegals should be returned home to sender!

- Having the Internet as a tool made getting President G.W Bush elected twice. However in Washington we have idiots in charge of the National GOP. I urge everyone to send as many emails to them as possible and demand they set up a national Chat group like President Bush did. In the end of the election cycle we have over 7 million Team members. Its the fastest way to get in contact with each other and slam letters to the editor, send emails to local TV, Radio media demanding they endorse our candidate.
Finally, lets get behind a candidate early. This site set up by National GOP is the best place to Unite as one voice. No longer will we allow the media to slam another McCain down our throats. Having a tool like this would allow us to dictate what we want not the Media or some Republican RINO .
