Cap and Trade Issues

Everyone,

I just spoke with Murtha’s DC office (202-225-2065) regarding his position on Cap and Trade for Friday’s vote. His staffer informed me the Congressman has not publicly stated an opinion. The Staffer also told me that the Bill is the Comprehensive Energy Reduction Bill, and it has Cap and Trade Language in it. This seems like a backdoor way to slip in Cap and Trade. I am concerned that Murtha has not stated a position as of this time. Murtha needs to vote a solid NO on this bill.

I have so much to share with everyone - let me start right now.

Everyone seems to be afraid that the Obama administration is moving toward Socialism. I would say that FDR moved America into Socialism long ago. Obama is just the latest in a long line of controlled puppets.

I have been in the trenches (in court) with the federal government for over 8 years now and what I have discovered is of the utmost importance to this group. Because of the government's unrelenting attacks on my property and my own person, I have become very well versed in the underlying laws that the government is relying upon to subject Americans to a host of federal agencies.

The federal government went bankrupt in 1933 when it went off the gold standard. The legal proof of this is in the law. Title 11 USC is "Bankruptcy" and the implementing regulations are at Title 11 CFR, "Federal elections". In other words, the federal elections are nothing but an election of a bankruptcy administration. The owner of the federal government is the Federal Reserve System. This is why I said above that Obama is the latest in a long line of puppets.

I don't want to split hairs about what is Communism, Nazism, Marxism, Social democracy, Fascism, etc. The commonality of all of these variations of Socialism is government regulation. A free, sovereign American is not subject to any federal agency. The federal government and its owner, the Federal Reserve System, both know this.

The foundation of the subjugation of Americans is Social Security. What the government didn't tell anyone is that applying for a Social Security number made the applicant a federal employee. Only federal employees pay federal employment taxes.

I can't possibly explain everything in one simple comment here, but I have just recently (the past few weeks) established a blog that explains the entire Social Security scam. I have links on my blog to my actual court documents (a court document is public domain unless it is sealed) that expose the actual laws.

The definition of "taxpayer" is found deep in the regulations - it is a member of the Merchant Marine, a federal employee. Other regulations state that this is the definition used throughout the Internal Revenue Code. This is the federal employee that an applicant for Social Security became.

"Internal revenue" is a subset of the customs. Title 31, "Money and Finance", subtitle I, "General", chapter 3, "Department of the Treasury", subchapter I, "Organization" lists the various bureaus and services within the Treasury Department. There is no listing of the IRS, yet the IRS is mentioned within the very first section, Section 301, under this subchapter. The IRS is not listed separately because it is within the customs.

If this group is going to resist the government's actions, then it is absolutely necessary that everyone understand the government's definitions of its "terms".

My blog is LLSTULER.wordpress.com. The material that is included there is not the easiest to understand, but it is the law. It was never meant to be understood. The United States Code and the Code of Federal Regulations are just what they say they are - "Codes". Please check out my material, especially my links to my court documents.

With the understanding of the underlying laws that the government is proceeding from, we can stop not only the healthcare grab, but restore our republic quickly and without bloodshed.

What I have discovered - the actual statutes and regulations - are all evidenced on my blog and the documents that are linked therein.

Letter to the Editor:
“STOP EVERYTHING!!”

Stop and put an eighteen month freeze on all new spending and tax bills and listen to the people you are supposed to be working for. You do remember who you work for don’t you? Right?

The American People don’t need you to take care of us! You just need to stop obstructing us, allow us to succeed, and get out of our way! What you are proposing, “We the People, our children, and our grandchildren” cannot afford. It is time to refocus on what the people really need and really want! Stop with the personal political agendas. America does not need to be fundamentally Changed!

The following priorities will allow Americans to bring America back to its historical level of success and reverse current path to national bankruptcy.

The seven (7) top priority actions that congress and the president must focus on are:
1. Allow “We the People” to bring God back into the public square along with the “ity” virtues: morality, integrity, humility, civility, fidelity, accountability, etc.
2. Conduct a massive self-cleaning of corruption, greed, graft, etc., in both houses, whatever the political persuasion and remove all special interest folks from government processes!
3. Job creation: More than seven million jobs in less than five years and more than fifteen million jobs in less than ten years. This is a realistic goal if the personal political agendas are abandoned and replaced with common sense and focused determination to succeed.
4. Reinforce and strengthen the United States Dollar. Raise it back to being the global universal medium of exchange as it has been for more than a hundred years..
5. Energy Independence (remove our vulnerability), use the All of the Above approach.
6. Reduce, then eliminate, all long term government debt.
7. Seriously refocus on the United States National Security......both foreign and domestic.
If these seven priorities are successfully addressed all other issues can be handled easily and expeditiously. If they are not successfully addressed nothing else will matter because our Freedom and our great Republic, as we now know it, will no longer exist.

“We the People” are standing up and making these demands known and we are expecting them to be adhered to. We are talking to our family and friends across this nation and building a national common sense ground swell of demand for our rights to be free to succeed or fail by our own actions, not by government control or mandate.

Remember that the constitution gave “We the People” the power to control our government. “We” have become aware and are now alert to what you elected representatives are doing. Remember, the 2010 and 2012 elections soon will be here. We are reminding our family and friends across the country that it is our combined duty and responsibility to see that this Republic remains strong and intact.
