I posted this to my state G.O.P. net site. After what is taking place in Illinois I am concerned that they still don't hear us.

In its technical sense education is the process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills and values from one generation to another. American public schools fail to educate to fact based history. American colleges fail to educate our children using fact based history. Efforts by a large number of Louisiana Citizens to recall our Senator will be wasted. The citizens of Louisiana can not recall Sen. Mary Landrieu. Citizens given a petition that will be a waste of time. Petition efforts would require some 980 thousand signatures of registered voters who voted in the 2008 election. News this morning stated that even if the petition efforts were met the state will not take action to recall Landrieu. How sad is it that her constituency has no voice that represents… Continue

I fear we are chasing a dream that others are building for us. The facts are very clear the dark days of our Republic have been given to us by two equally corrupt failures as parties. As soon as we get over the efforts to design a Republican party that meets our needs; we can move forward.
