New way to introduce a bill for the the 535 traitors

We need to make it illegal for any of these 535 traitors to put up a bill that is 1100-1200 pages in length and then adding another 387 or so pages at 309AM to vote on it that morning. A bill should be put one page in length on a standard piece of paper it should be hand typed by the individual Representative or Senator on an old school typewriter. I bet 99% of all americans feel the same way I do. Nowadays you have to actually look hard and long to find real racists. I couldn't give a shit less if his skin was neon green with blue poka dots and he bleeds neon pink.
