I have sent numerous emails to Raul Grijalva, but feel it is a waste of time since he will not budge on HR 3200. On the other hand I might as well be a thorn in his side like I promised him. He is not holding any townhalls, at least not any where he will be present. He is imbedded in a district where he feels he will easily be elected over and over. The last paragraph of this post is posted on Congressman Raul Grijalva's( Arizona 7th District) website. I am disgusted by his stance on HR 3200 , but not surprised. He has been skating through this recess with little public scrutiny. He is cruising under the radar, yet he is one of the staunchest supporters of this Socialist bill. I have heard a lot of complaints about the Hate Crimes Bill, as actually being a Hate Speech Bill. People have argued, that ministers could be punished for preaching that homosexuality is a sin. I read the text of the bill, but all I found was that the bill seems to apply to actually committing violence against a person due to their race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. However, there is one tiny little paragraph that may be used to incriminate someone for their speech:
