Four Boxes of Tools for Fighting Tyranny: DIPLOMACY BOX - BALLOT BOX - JURY BOX - BULLET BOX.....But what SHALL we do with the Bullet Box?

THE FORGOTTEN 4th BRANCH of OUR REPUBLIC

Most people are so ignorant of, or fascinated by the three branches of Our
Republican form of government enumerated in the constitution, that they forget
the most important 4th branch. Here I will enumerate them in order of their
importance:

1- The Main Branch of Our Republican Form of Government IS...We the People
of the United States of America. We are the final arbiters of any dispute that
may arise between US, and Our Government. It is our Patriotic duty to keep a
constant vigil on the three subordinate branches of our government and to
enforce the restraints of our Constitution of Freedom, which is the rule of law,
not of the masses, against them. To do this we have provided ourselves with
four boxes for fixing that government if they break it. They are, in this order:
The Diplomacy Box, The Ballot Box, The Jury Box and the Bullet Box. Our exercise of the first three of these have have proven to be miserable failures, which raises the question regarding the 4th and final box at our disposal: What do we do with the bullet box?

The three subordinate branches of Our Republican form of Government are: The
Executive, The Legislative and The Judiciary. It is the collective duty for these
three branches of Our Republican form of government, including the military and ALL of their appointments and hires; to, in the performance of their duties...,.preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and no other country. It worked well from its beginning and will work well again today if properly executed.

More than 90% of what our government does today is neither constitutional or
relevant to the fulfillment of their duties, and We the People stand divided. And
you can rest assured that if We The People of these United States of America do
not stand United for Freedom, we shall surely fall under the feet of the Jack Booted Thugs of Tyranny who stand at our doorsteps....

I SHALL NOT FORGET THAT the north won the war of 1861-65. And I shall not forget, that both north and south lost that war of Abraham Lincoln's northern aggression against the south. Now you may ask me why I shall not forget it? It's over. And I shall reply to you: The cause for which my Southern ancestors fought is NOT over. For it was to preserve the integrity of State's Rights and independence from the central government that the states themselves had created-- Individual Freedom and Sovereignty as are guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States of America. Then you might say to me, but it freed the slaves, to which I shall reply: It did NOT free the slaves, it was not prosecuted by Lincoln to free the slaves, it was prosecuted by him to win the war he started under the pretense of preserving the union. Slavery was on the way out of our country, and could have quite possibly been gone during the period of the 1860s. The 14th Amendment, which was added to the US Constitution after Lincoln's war and his death is alleged to have freed the slaves, but did it, I must ask of you? For it was the 14th Amendment that drove the final stake into the 10th Amendment and thus the whole Constitution of the USA. And now, we ALL, both north and south –peoples of all colors, races, creeds, sexes and national origins-- are like stray sheep spinning our wheels, in a quagmire of tyranny. But why should I be afraid? Maybe our federal government will eat up the northern states first and save the southern states for last… I've just been thinking about that. © Edwin Gravitt, Sunday morning, March 22, 2009.
