Montana overrides Federal Gun Control, Texas and Utah to follow lead
Montana has passed a law that reasserts their rights to manufacture and own firearms, our Constitutional right under 2nd Amendment, without Federal control of ANY kind. Utah and Texas are following suit with similar or tougher laws. This will force a Supreme Court decision over commerce which is judged to have a strong possibility of success. If enough states get on board this can stop the freight train. Prepare to get all of the other states on board!
