Your point is well defined and I certainly agree. I just wonder why there have not been more litigation initiated by states to compel compliance with the 10th Amendment. The blackmailing tactics of the Fed are unconstitutional and frankly need to be more vigorously challenged. I believe this is an area that true conservatives should expand their efforts to weaken the stranglehold the central government has on the states. Now we have HR 45 being covertly slithered through the process. We've got to get some real traction before the next mid term elections or the socialist movement will really begin to take hold.
