What if Mexico had the identical constitution as the U.S. Would illegal immigration still be a problem?

I am one of you. I watched the 2008 presidential primaries as you did… and saw how our mainstream media picked our presidential candidates for us… a liberal (McCain) and a Socialist (Obama).
