To gain a better understanding of America the Republic please watch the video explaining the difference. This video is short and concise and is a great tool to share with others. We have found that MANY people believe that we are a democracy. One of our goals is to dispel that myth! The video is just under 10 minutes and well worth the time!

Scan the questions and read the answers to assist you before posting a question.
THE BEST WAY TO GET INVOLVED
ResistNet is quickly organizing around State Groups. These State Groups are the structural frame around which we can communicate and take action. Each State Group page is organized like its own mini social network with the ability to provide custom resources and social networking tools. Once you join your state group please locate your Congressional District Group (They are set up and listed on the front page of every State Group). The State and District groups are a great place to network and begin building a true grassroots effort on the local/community level! By the way, we are looking for State Directors, District Coordinators, and Community Coordinators!
There are 5 Core Groups we recommend that everyone should belong to to optimize your resistance efforts. You can click on the group name to go there and/or to select your state. Once there join and then hit your back button to return here and complete all steps.
2. Congressional District Group
Special Interest Groups
Are you interested in a particular issue such as capitalism and socialism or 2nd Amendment rights or the pro-life issue? To find your groups of interest click here. Within this group you will be able to blog, add discussion forums, and share important news and information.
These watchdog groups are essential. They cover everything from Congress and Senate, Czars, Tactics of the Left, Cash for Clunkers, Media Bias, etc... this is important to stay connected to the main issues and bring or read credible info to the table. Click on the watchdog group box or click here to see the index. We are always looking for researchers to get involved!
No Tolerance Policy
Lastly, please help us maintain the ideals of the site (see the "No Tolerance" policy). Report abusers to ADMIN or post in the Help Group. Also, be patient! ResistNet is growing rapidly. We will have growing pains.
