United Efforts, Bridging the Gap!

The movement is at a crux...a crossroads if you will. Time has come to unite and create solidarity within the movement to revert back to a solid foundation of conservative Constitutional principles and values.The preparations for the Taxpayer March is providing a fantastic opportunity to come together, regardless of what banner you operate under and stand united against big government, big spending, excessive taxation and for the rights of the people!

How do we unify the movement?

I believe it's important to establish that you can belong to your group and our group too and that's ok. The purpose for an umbrella group such as Resistnet.com is to establish a pipeline of communication that will create unity within the movement. Resistnet is organized down to the Congressional District level and our goals are simple....One is about the 3 R's listed on the site and the other is Flip this House in 2010. What does that mean? We have to remove as many congressional representatives from the house as it takes to establish a movement back to the guiding principles of the Constitution that the Founding Fathers penned to maintain the delicate balance of our Republic. Locating candidates is part of that equation as is educating the public in each and every community.

We need to scrutinize the record of every representative in Congress and clearly identify their voting record that will clearly show their delineation from the Constitution and therefore the people they represent! If there is no great infractions or delineations then there is no need to focus on removing that incumbent. Some movements are focusing on removing Every Incumbent....We believe we need to focus on specific incumbents for 2010.

The infrastructure of Resistnet.com is a perfect opportunity to unify efforts. We encourage all members to join 9/12 groups and vice versa for example. Creating the pipeline that is horizontal and vertical will help to solidify the movement. We may not all agree on all the issues but we will agree on several and that is where as groups we need to unify.

Government spending and taxation is one of those areas. Most of us agree that the government's out of control spending is not sound fiscal judgment. Most of us can agree that raising taxes to pay for these ridiculous programs such as the national health care program is another stress this country does not need right now much less another stimulus program when the first has been a farce as to it's supposed effectiveness. Everyone can agree this has been a huge government coup.

The goal is to provide a foundation that allows for autonomy and solidarity. We ask for all members to assist by working with the organizations in your area to bridge the gap. Time has come to create a well oiled machine working day and night without rest to turn back the tides of tyranny and re-establish this Republic of the United State of America!
