What is the "No Tolerance" policy?

Every ResistNet member is required to consent to a "No Tolerance" policy which states:
I affirm that ResistNet is for principled, patriotic resistance to Barack Obama's ideology and agenda and is not a forum for personal attacks, lewd or profane language, or militancy against Barack Obama or others. As such, I accept ResistNet's strict No Tolerance policy and will not make inappropriate postings. I understand that such postings will be removed and members responsible will be banned without further notice. I also will report such postings to the site administrator. I agree to the following policy:

1. The Patriotic Resistance is a politically based forum, so it should go without saying that this place is geared towards politics.

2. Please keep all posts related to the section you are posting within. Threads posted in the wrong section will need to be moved to the correct section by our moderators. We may delete duplicated posts/discussions without notice.

3. Spamming is prohibited in all sections in our forum and will result in the person making the post being banned, as well as the post being deleted.

4. This is a clean site, so we will absolutely not allow pornographic material or links directed to pornographic material on our site period! Our definition of pornographic material means: if you wouldn't show your little brother, or daughter, don't post it. Both 'Upstairs' and 'Downstairs' must be covered in some kind of fashion. The same applies to avatars as well.

5. Photos/Video’s or links to photos/video’s of illegal activities are not allowed in ANY sections of this forum. Pictures/Video’s must be tasteful, non-abusive, non-graphic, no heads on spikes, no one giving a bird, no bad language, non-racist, etc... Music must be tasteful, no profanity, racism, lewdness, allowed in music choices.

6. No sexism is allowed. Offensive comments will be deleted. This applies to both male and female members!

Websters Dictionary

1: prejudice or discrimination based on sex ; especially : discrimination against women2: behavior, conditions, or attitudes that foster stereotypes of social roles based on sex

7. Multiple accounts are not allowed unless given direct consent by Admin.

8. Flame baiting and trolling are not acceptable. Trolling will result in immediate banning! Controversial threads will be deleted, this especially includes threads started to create drama. Our Moderators will closely watch any questionable threads.

The Urban dictionary defines trolling as the act of purposefully antagonizing other people on the internet, generally on message boards.

Flame bailing is defined as a message posted to a public Internet discussion group, such as a forum, newsgroup or mailing list, with the intent of provoking an angry response

9. If a user replies in several threads within a short amount of time, or creates several new threads in a short amount of time, or is resurrecting several old threads in a short amount of time the user's account will be placed on hold for spam.

10. Continually posting negative comments within threads is not allowed. Publicly attacking anyone is not acceptable. We are working against policies and agenda’s. We do not condone bashing or abuse toward anyone. Problem users will be watched by our moderators and will have their accounts banned if problems with them increasingly gets worse.

11. Posts that deal with militancy such as a call for taking up arms, and or overthrowing the government with any kind of violence will result in banishment from the site. Conspiracy Theories may be deleted with out notice. Please provide credible links and sources on your posts.

 12. No Moderator/Admin bashing allowed. If any type of negative comment is made towards a Moderator or Admin of this site, whether if it is posted within a thread, referenced within a signature/custom user title or within an avatar, it will be deleted on sight. If a user has a valid complaint with certain Moderators/Admin they will need to contact the Moderator/Admin to have any differences worked out.  Any of the above mentioned published to complain will be deleted. This is simply to keep the peace here on this forum. Upon the user's second offense, their account will be banned and they will need to contact Admin to have their account re-activated. No posts shall be made in the public forum to settle differences with admins, mods, or members or the offender will be banned.

13. Email: Emailing your friends list is a privilege. When you receive an email please respond only to the sender and do not reply to all. We have found that the majority of these reply all emails really should be in a discussion format. Please use your email account wisely and be respectful of other members’ time. Continuous email spamming and or replying all will result in members being banned.

We reserve the right to suspend any users account if they violate any of our guidelines. If a user violates any of the above guidelines, that user can be banned permanently or have their account banned temporarily, depending on the offense. These suspensions are appeal able, but in general, if a user has received continuous warnings it's unlikely for there to be a reversal of the suspension since we will have already exhibited a lenient attitude prior to the suspension.

We want you to have fun, but use of this forum is a privilege not a right!

Failure to comply with any of the above guidelines may trigger one or more of the following responses by the Moderators:

1. Your message may be edited, closed or deleted.
2. You could possibly receive a written warning from a Moderator

    not to do it again.
3. If you do not receive a written warning and notice a message that

you made was edited, closed or deleted without written warning  from a Moderator this should make you aware that your post was inappropriate and the edit, closing or deletion of the message should be warning enough. You should not start a new thread concerning the same topic as this may lead to you being banned from the forum. Please do not expect the Moderators to give you a warning every time you do not follow the guidelines that are listed here. It is your responsibility to know these guidelines.

Grassfire reserves the right to revise these guidelines at anytime
