Liberty from tyranny was originally achieved by our founding fathers through faith, understanding and courage. They were freed from bondage and became a free, sovereign people, due to their willingness to make a stand. Let us be clear as to what liberty is; liberty is the balance between free will of men and the force of government.
We are a people being placed into bondage. Under the guise of “Hope & Change” we find ourselves faced with a Constitutional Crisis of immense proportions. Usually, the only way out of bondage is violence, but our founding fathers had the vision to see a better way and leave us the tool to be free, the Constitution & Bill of Rights.
A creator, in this case God, is always above that which he creates. God created man. Man created the Constitution. The Constitution created the government and the government created corporations. Simple. The base of our power lies in the language of the Constitution, “We the people”. But, we the people have not been vigilant and we have allowed politicians, judges and lawyers to erode our liberty. As a result of this attack on our freedom, over the last eighty years, by the progressive movement, the civil servants have come to believe themselves to be civil masters. This is in part due to the fact that most people believe that if Congress passes a law it becomes the law of the land, and that couldn’t be further from the truth.
The Constitution is the law of the land. Any statute or bill passed in Congress, all the way down to city council, must be in compliance with the Constitution. Any law that violates the Constitution is not valid. Marbury vs. Madison, from 1803 states that, “All laws that are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void”. “When rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them” so says Miranda vs. Arizona, a landmark case. We stand on the razors edge. On one side we have liberty and a free republic; on the other side, we have tyranny and Marxism. Liberty and freedom are based upon individual rights and responsibilities, as determined by “We the people“. Tyranny and Marxism are based upon the “greater good” of the society, as determined by the government.
Divine rights, natural rights, God given rights, are the rights as stated in the Constitution, the right to life (which begins at conception), liberty and the pursuit of happiness. These rights are all encompassing in that they cover freedom of religion, speech, education, travel and self defense. All laws or statutes that violate these natural laws are not enforceable, as they are imposters, posing as law, under the color of law, but lacking in authority. The Constitution was created by men, wise men, who had the vision to see that the Constitution would become scrap paper if people did not have the right to demand that government operate within the Constitution. The weaker party, in this case, the GOP, has no veto and no voice, thus denying “We the people” our liberties and rights to representation. Trial by jury is the only way “We the people” can have veto power over the dominant party and address the Constitutional violations, the very bills, statutes and laws enacted, that have no merit and no basis in the Constitution.
Unchecked power is the basis of tyranny, it is the foundation of oppression and the vehicle of socialism, Marxism and communism. We have a moral, ethical and Constitutional right to prevent bloodshed by peacefully removing power from those who have violated their oath of office, abused their authority and not acted constitutionally. We must restore liberty, power and authority to “We the people”.
“Those people not governed by God will be ruled by tyrants” said William Penn. William Penn was the father of the first amendment.
President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid are guilty of violating God’s law by repeated usurpation and tyranny, in regards to Congressional and governmental operations. They have sought to act in a tyrannical way and have violated the Constitution by their denial of our God given rights to life (abortion and health care bills), liberty (cap and trade, hate crimes legislation, free speech oppression) and the pursuit of happiness (inflation of the national debt, requiring Americans to work until early August to cover their share of taxes, take over of entire industries - leading to massive unemployment). The government has infringed upon the Bill of Rights.
The Bill of Rights states that all “rights beyond the bill of rights belong to the people” and, “undefeated powers belong to the people unless given by the people to the state”. Nowhere in the Constitution or Bill of Rights does it give the government authority to fire CEO’s, set compensation for privately or publicly held companies, take over the operations of or invest in the stocks of publicly held companies nor does it authorize the government to establish cap and trade practices, creating new fees and taxes outside of the tax code. Government control of and interference in the free market system of healthcare is also not authorized by the Constitution.
“We the people” are being run over by a President and a Congress, acting upon their own accord, to increase their power and take away our God given liberties. “We the people” give power to the government and it is time that we take it back. “We the people” must demand that obama step down, and Congress resign. If they do not, each of us should file in court, an individual lawsuit, addressing the violation of our rights given us by our creator and usurpation of the authority granted to each member of government who has violated their oath. It is time. Stand up and say “no more”.
