Webster defines the word "OATH" as; aformally affirmed statement or promise accepted as an equivalent; the from of words in which such a promise is made; as, the oath of office.
Each of our elected representatives has taken that oath and contained within that oath are the words "Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States of America"

Now when these elected officials ingnore the oath of office thay have taken they enter another area in which we the people should become very agitated for they now croos over and act in a manner disloyal to our country and in doing so give aid and comfort to our enemies. Now if you again look to webster for the definition of such acts we find then linsted under TREASON! This is serious and yet it is being ignored by the press as well as the legal community that has the duty to address these issues. Where are they? Why are these transgressions being ignored. Do the words of the english language no longer have any meaning? Have we allowed the language to be reduced to such a degree that the words no longer carry any true meaning? Our forefathers recognized many of these potential situations and placed language within the Constitution to provide a cure, must we take such drastic measures as laid out therein? The price of Liberty is Eternal Vigilance and when necessary action!

Once again, Tammy Baldwin has let us down.

Border Security Victory in U.S. House Shows Lots of Democrats Don't Want to be Associated with Party's Open-Borders Positions.

Read the story: http://www.numbersusa.com/content/nusablog/beckr/september-23-2009/border-security-victory-us-house-shows-lots-democrats-dont-want-be-

A "Yes" vote for the motion INCREASES border enforcement in Southern Arizona.

A "No" vote against the motion weakens border enforcement in Southern Arizona.

Once again, Tammy Baldwin disappoints with her NO vote.

Today the WI State Senate will vote on Senate Bill 89 - making 5 year-old kindergarten mandatory. The Assembly version already passed in the Assembly. Contact your WI State Senator and tell him/her to oppose this bill!

This bill is anti-parents rights and anti-school choice. Your child could write, read and be a sonnet composing prodigy. But if they haven’t attended 5-K they can be denied admittance to first grade. THIS IS A LEAD INTO MANDATORY 4-K!

SB89

AB119 (companion bill the passed the Assembly)

While the bill purports to make these programs optional, history shows us that there will be subsequent pressure to make them mandatory, universal, and funded with taxpayer dollars. Many education experts have concluded that beginning a child’s formal education too early may actually result in burnout and poor scholastic performance later. Lowering the compulsory attendance age erodes the authority of parents who are in the best position to determine when their child’s formal education should begin. Another significant impact of expanding the compulsory attendance age would be an inevitable tax increase to pay for more classroom space and teachers to accommodate the additional students compelled to attend public schools. When California raised the age of compulsory attendance, unwilling students were so disruptive that new schools had to be built just to handle them and their behavior problems, all at the expense of the taxpayer. - HSLDA

I don't know why they just don't leagalize Marijuana. They could tax the snot out of it, and pay for not only the debt of the country off, but health care, and whatever else they need. People will not stop smoking that either. Just think how much more space there would be in the jails and prisons for the REAL criminals!!!

SAY NO TO EXTORTION!
EVERYONE PAYS TOBACCO TAXES
SMOKERS ARE NOT THE FED! THEY DON’T PRINT THEMSELVES MONEY TO PAY EXTORTION! THEY SHIFT ALL THAT MONEY FROM SOME OTHER PART OF THEIR BUDGET,
OUT OF THE REST OF THE ECONOMY – out of YOUR pocket!

STATES ARE SUCKING BILLIONS OF DOLLAR$ OUT OF THEIR ECONOMIES, AND NOW THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS JUMPED ON THE ‘SOAK SMOKERS’ BANDWAGON, TOO. Tens of millions of smokers are not going to quit smoking, no matter how many more billions of tax and drug industry dollars are spent on propaganda, disinformation, and outright lies in the attempt to brainwash them all.
