We at American Citizens United are organizing a rally in front of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism.

There is a great push from the Hispanic students of Journalism (some of them children of illegals and others illegals themselves).

They have been encouraged by "La Raza" and other local pro-amnesty organizations to go into journalism so they can have an influence on public opinion. And you can guess what opinion they want to change to get amnesty.

Please keep it orderly, no yelling or name calling. Resist the anger we all feel when our country and those who protect it get attacked.
We must remain civilized to be credible.

TITLE 2 > CHAPTER 3 > § 58c

§ 58c. Senators’ Official Personnel and Office Expense Account
(1) Effective January 1, 1988, there shall be, within the contingent fund of the Senate, a separate appropriation account to be known as the “Senators’ Official Personnel and Office Expense Account” (hereinafter in this section referred to as the “Senators’ Account”).
(2) The Senators’ Account shall be used for the funding of all items, activities, and expenses which, immediately prior to January 1, 1988, were funded under either
(A) the Senate appropriation account for “Administrative, Clerical, and Legislative Assistance Allowance to Senators” (hereinafter in this section referred to as the “Senators’ Clerk Hire Allowance Account”) under the headings “SENATE” and “Salaries, Officers and Employees”, or
(B) that part of the account, within the contingent fund of the Senate, for “Miscellaneous Items” (hereinafter in this section referred to as the “Senators’ Official Office Expense Account”) which is available for allocation to Senatorial Official Office Expense Accounts. In addition, the Senators’ Account shall be used for the funding of agency contributions payable with respect to compensation payable by such account, but moneys appropriated to such account for this purpose shall not be available for any other purpose. The account, which in clause (A) of the first sentence of this paragraph is identified as the “Senators’ Clerk Hire Allowance Account” and the account, which in clause (B) of such sentence is identified as the “Senators’ Official Office Expense Account” shall, when referred to in other law, rule, regulation, or order (whether referred to by such name or any other) shall on and after January 1, 1988, be deemed to refer to the “Senators’ Official Personnel and Office Expense Account”.

(A) Effective on January 1, 1988, there shall be transferred to the Senators’ Account from the Senators’ Clerk Hire Allowance Account all funds therein which were available for expenditure or obligation during the fiscal year ending September 30, 1988, and from the Senators’ Official Office Expense Account so much of the funds therein as was available for expenditure or obligation for the period commencing January 1, 1988, and ending September 30, 1988; except that the Senators’ Official Office Expense Account shall remain in being solely for the purpose of being available to pay for any authorized item, activity, or expense, for which funds therein had been obligated, but not paid, prior to such transfer.
(B) Any of the funds transferred to the Senators’ Account from the Senators’ Clerk Hire Allowance Account pursuant to subparagraph (A) which, prior to such transfer, had been obligated, but not expended, for any authorized item, activity, or expense, shall be available to pay for such item, activity, or expense in like manner as if such transfer had not been made.
(4) On January 1, 1988, there shall be transferred to the Senators’ Account, from the appropriation account for “Agency Contributions”, under the headings “SENATE” and “Salaries, Officers and Employees”, so much of the moneys in such account as was appropriated for the purpose of making agency contributions for administrative, clerical, and legislative assistance to Senators with respect to compensation payable for the period commencing January 1, 1988, and ending September 30, 1988; and the moneys so transferred shall be available only for the payment of such agency contributions with respect to such compensation.
(5) Vouchers shall not be required for the disbursement, from the Senators’ Account, of salaries of employees in the office of a Senator.
(6) Effective on and after October 1, 1997, the Senators’ Account shall be available for the payment of franked mail expenses of Senators.

I didn't understand what the term "franked mail" meant so I looked it up just in case someone else pled the same case. HUH!

Members of Congress can send official correspondence by frank—or free of postage (from the Latin word francus, meaning “for free”). A member's printed signature on an envelope takes the place of stamps. This privilege dates back to both the British House of Commons and the American Continental Congress. In 1789, members of the 1st Congress granted the frank to themselves, the President, and members of the cabinet. Originally, members simply signed their name on envelopes; today their signatures are printed on all franked envelopes.

During the 19th century there were numerous charges that members of Congress were abusing the frank. Some mailed their laundry home, and others sent household goods. One senator supposedly signed his name to his horse's saddle and had the post office deliver the animal to his home. Incumbents were accused of bombarding their constituents with transcripts of speeches, government documents, packages of seeds (from the Department of Agriculture), and other items designed to win their reelection. So many objections were raised that in 1873 Congress suspended the use of the frank. However, others defended the frank as essential for “free and unrestrained communications between the people and their representatives.” Acting in stages, Congress restored the frank by 1891. Since then, various revisions of the ethics code have limited the amount of franked mail that members can send each year and set restrictions on the newsletters and other types of mail that can be legitimately sent via the frank.

The Criminal charges of "Conspiracy and Fraud" are served against Nancy Pelosi in US District Court, Nashville, Tennessee

by American Grand Jury

Charges filed with multiple State Election Commissions claiming Election fraud by Pelosi and Obama.

American Grand Jury has incorporated the Nancy Pelosi/Barack Obama criminal complaints within its Presentments. The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville, TN on November 6th, 2009. A Response in the form of an "Order" has been issued by Judge Todd Campbell and received by American Grand Jury this week. American Grand Jury will answer the response in the form of a Motion. The American Grand Jury Motion and a copy of the Court's Order will be published on the AGJ website within the next few days.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that Pelosi and Obama be criminally indicted for "Fraud, Conspiracy and Treason."

American Grand Jury is actively pursuing the serving of Presentments in a number of United States District Courts in different States.

ATTORNEY'S ADVICE - NO CHARGE

Not A Joke!!

Even If you dislike attorneys..You will love them for these tips.

Read this and make a copy for your files in case you need to refer to it someday. Maybe we should all take some of his advice! A corporate attorney sent the following out to the employees in his company:

1. Do not sign the back of your credit cards. Instead, put 'PHOTO ID REQUIRED'

2 When you are writing checks to pay on your credit card accounts, DO NOTput the complete account number on the 'For' line. Instead, just put the last four numbers. The credit card company knows the rest of the number, and anyone who might be handling your check as it passes through all the check processing channels won't have access to it.

3. Put your work phone # on your checks instead of your home phone. If you have a PO Box use that instead of your home address. If you do not have a PO Box, use your work address. Never have your SS# printed on your checks. (DUH!) You can add it if it is necessary. But if you have It printed, anyone can get it.

4. Place the contents of your wallet on a photocopy machine. Do both sides of each license, credit card, etc. You will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel.. Keep the photocopy in a safe place. I also carry a photocopy of my passport when I travel either here or abroad. We've all heard horror stories about fraud that's committed on us in stealing a Name, address, Social Security number, credit cards..

Unfortunately, I, an attorney, have first hand knowledge because my wallet was stolen last month. Within a week, the thieves ordered an expensive monthly cell phone package, applied for a VISA credit card, had a credit line approved to buy a Gateway computer, received a PIN number from DMV to change my driving record information online, and more

But here's some critical information to limit the damage in case this happens to you or someone you know:

5. We have been told we should cancel our credit cards immediately. But the key is having the toll free numbers and your card numbers handy so you know whom to call. Keep those where you can find them.

6. File a police report immediately in the jurisdiction where your credit cards, etc., were stolen. This proves to credit providers you were diligent, and this is a first step toward an investigation (if there ever is one).

But here's what is perhaps most important of all: (I never even thought to do this.)

7. Call the 3 national credit reporting organizations immediately to place a fraud alert on your name and also call the Social Security fraud line number.. I had never heard of doing that until advised by a bank that called to tell me an application for credit was made over the Internet in my name.

The alert means any company that checks your credit knows your information was stolen, and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit..

By the time I was advised to do this, almost two weeks after the theft, all the damage had been done. There are records of all the credit checks initiated by the thieves' purchases, none of which I knew about before placing the alert. Since then, no additional damage has been done, and the thieves threw my wallet away this weekend (someone turned it in). It seems to have stopped them dead in their tracks..

Now, here are the numbers you always need to contact about your wallet, if it has been stolen:

3.) Trans Union : 1-800-680 7289

4.) Social Security Administration (fraud line):

Please visit the following link. They have a compilation of the addys for the staff aides of all Senators and also includes the Senators' addys if available. Several states offer nothing but phone and fax numbers.

This was my weekend project. I sent some 500 Emails to every single email on the list. I wound up with about a 20% return. Most of the returns indicated they "didn't like the recipient (sender?)". Now ain't that just too bad.

Phone numbers and Fax numbers are also listed. The Senate starts their debate on Healthcare tomorrow so we must get to gettin'. Thank you in advance and God bless.

P.S. I had intended to just publish the complete list of "addys" with the bad ones removed but my computer is being cantankerous and won't let me do what I want to do.
