We need to petition Congress to remove the ACORN organization from the election process. They are recipients of Government money, our tax dollars, and it is Unconstitutional to allow them to be involved in our election process. They have been convicted of many cases of voter fraud, and this, in it's self is enough reason to remove them from the election process.

Our meetings will be held once monthly, but we have a lot of action planned if you want to participate. We are lawful American citizens, exercising our God Given and American Given rights. Nothing illegal will ever be permitted in our group.

We are the same group from the April 15th Tea Party in Parkersburg, we are not Democrats or Republicans, but simple Americans who are concerned about losing our freedoms and our Country.
All group decisions will be made by vote or volunteer. We hope to have a more personal crowd, so everyone can communicate their concerns and opinions. We'll never agree on all issues, but at least we will be involved, and action oriented.

We hope to keep in contact with any other groups in our area and State. We have ideas of traveling to other local towns and helping them start their own groups, and websites. Our Country is at Stake, and we must pull together, while accomplishing real goals.

We need to try to get a float or marching unit in every Christmas Parade we possibly can. We are in a position there to appeal to many like-minded people that we need to grow our footprint in this war for our Country's heart and soul. This is an excellent opportunity to attract new members to the cause. I believe in divine guidance and divine intervention. I think God may have created Christmas Parades knowing one day that we mortals would need a stage to grow the mass of people who want to save our wonderful, God fearing Country from those who would do her harm.
Please contact me and let me know what I can do to help you mobilize you and your neighbors to be in your local Christmas Parade. This is a great opportunity to expand our righteous mission to save our great Country.

Fed Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama's Eligibility!!!

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months from now!

I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief.

About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people..

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama's attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed.

Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. I guess Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama's motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).

The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war.

He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama's attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.

Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!! The truth about Barack Obama's eligibility will be known fairly soon ‐ Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

Congratulations to plaintiffs attorney Dr. Orly Taitz! She did a great job and won some huge victories today. She was fearless!

Check out givemeliberty.org and sign up ASAP if you're interested. Each state is supposed to send 3 delegates and there's currently only 1 who's serious. Mollahan wasn't the only idiot to vote for continued funding for ACORN, Nick Rahall did as well. Where can a person look to find out how much money they got from ACORN, Soros, SEIU, or anybody else leaning left?

Rahall said he felt that it was unfair to judge ACORN and deny them funding to punish them and they hadn't even been found guilty of anything. Maybe if ACORN does sue the kids who exposed their Obamanation, oops, organization, maybe someone honest can finally subpoena their financial records, since our Congress won't do it. Then maybe We the People can find out who in Congress got ACORN's Socialist money!
