Saw a very strange TV commercial with a woman singing in a foreign language with text that said turn "Copenhagen Hopenhagen" and I found this disturbing globalist enviro whack job site http://www.hopenhagen.org/home/map
The village of "Hopenhagen" is looking for there idiot but he is on the Conan O'Brien show. Is the earth really hotter then the sun?

The very next paragraph is going to make the nut jobs on the far left excitable beyond belief. I am not referring to all Democrats or even a majority of liberals. I am singling out the "they've-lost-all-touch-with-reality" crowd. This includes Media Matters for America led by the admitted hit-and-run, drunk-driving serial liar. The group includes the unshaven, bathrobe-clad unemployed who live in their mother's basement and are devout followers of MoveOn.Org. It is also the bitter, aging spinster working at the New York Times, the morbidly obese documentary film maker, and cable TV news' resident drama queen who hosts MSNBC's Countdown. They are about to simultaneously suffer from brain aneurisms. So without further delay, I'll say it.

Today on C-span it was Climate Emissions.

Senator Kerry was in charge and did not listen.

A solar manufacturing credit would create 250,00 jobs

Debbie Stabenow says we don't have the technology to create jobs. Quit cutting trees, to cut emissions.

Kenneth Green of The Enterprise Institute says to protect the poor, redirect revenue to low income families, but they are still going to pay more. He was worried about fraud, rip-offs, improprieties.

Marge Thorning from Council for Capitol Formation said the Macro test shows an increase in costs but no benefits on emissions

Then there was the idea to spend allowances to programs to offset losses. Gee I wish small business had that to fall back on.

So, really everyone said it's a waste of time and money. Well, is that news? Spend until we are 3rd world and then enslave. Be a zombie, it's the politically correct thing to do.

Sorry if this doesn't help or make sense, but it just bothered me that Kerry wants Copenhagen badly.

Here is video the Obama Administration does not apparently want you to see. It is a devastating critique of Obama's "Cap and Trade" idea, by two lawyers who work for the EPA. They say clearly in the video that the video only contains their views, and in no way represents the views of the EPA or the Obama Administration.

The lawyers do seem to buy into the whole "man-made Climate Change" philosophy, which I would not agree with. But that is one reason the video is so devastating to the Cap and Trade policy. They believe in man-made Climate Change but are saying the Cap and Trade policy won't work!

The New York Times reports that the couple was told to remove the video from YouTube and complied. But it is still available on YouTube because others had already downloaded the file and uploaded it to YouTube.

Far too long have Conservatives remained quiet, hospitable, tolerant, desiring peaceful dialog. This has to end in order for our voices to remain public in any form. The attempt to silence Conservatives and those that oppose Obama is growing and evolving into a full-on war on dissent. It is time to put up our dukes and take them on with a vengence. I for one am disappointed and angry with Conservatives speaking softly and not vigorously confronting what is wrong and detrimental to our country. If we do not unite on this one point, our voices and the voices of our children will be forever silenced. To hell with being “nice” and “courteous” to those that show no niceness or courtesy. It is time for Conservatives to speak with wit and wisdom in exposing the truth and most of all to do it with a sharpness and clarity that bears no resemblance to waivering, indecision or compromise of values. It is possible to be courteous to those that give courtesy. It is possible to be nice to those that are nice. But, when lies, deceit and rancour are hurled at us, we must stop it cold. To listen to Michael Steele talk was an embarrassment. He did not confront the core points of Matthews argument. This was a courteous abdication based on a gentleman’s point of disagreement viewpoint. Oy veh!!!!! It is time to stop the steamroller of the white house and the lame-stream media from running over us with our permission. Dialog is a centerpiece and foundation of our society and government. Dialog is no longer in play with the Progressives. They have assumed a supreme position by us abdicating our role in the governing process. It is time to step on some toes, and not apologize for it. When open and fair discourse moves back into public arena, then the approach can be modified.

Sure, the Senate has to vote on it, guess what, they'll do it in a blink of an eye. 10 months to destroy, pillage from within. Nobody but a traitor would sign a religious, economic, monetary trash heap like this unless it's deliberate destruction. Call it what it is. Traitorous

I might have seen you in Washington on 9/12 i guess : ) wasn't at all implying your head was in the sand...I know it isn't. You are too well informed for that my friend. I was just cautioning not to give this whitehouse even one inch of the rope. I am certain that any and all involvement in passing even 1 thing they want,will result in nothing but blame on us when it fails. History teaches well.

There is no way my head is in the sand. I truly believe they will destroy as much as possible before we can say scat. I just think it helps to see all sides of the story. I know that Clinton signed a treaty without Congress/Senate approval so to say that it can't be done is just wrong.
I also believe that the ducks are all lined up and I'm not sure what we can do about it.
If they can ignore 1.5 million of us saying NO, and they can ignore our phone calls, e-mails, and letters then I am constantly searching for anything I can find to head us in the right direction.
