- Many years ago I lived in the mountains of Southern Vermont. It was a onservative stronghold. As a local overseer of the poor I know that not one person went hungry and that everyone we assisted worked off the bill. Now, Southern Vermont is a seat of liberalism. Massive welfare programs have polluted the work ethic and extreme liberalism is purvasive. Those steep hills and mountains and shaded valleys still harbor hard working, family oriented conservatives. Those members of resistnet.com must reach out to fellow conservatives for support and together must reach out to those mis-guided liberals who now are beginning to come to their senses. We need a coordinator for the district who will subscribe and welcome new conservatives into our fold of PATRIOTS.
