Hitting the Federal ATM Again

Apparently money grows on trees: After an $800 billion stimulus bill, the President's budget increases spending by $1 trillion over 10 years, including an additional $250 billion placeholder for another bailout, and calls for pay-as-you-go (PAYGO) law while astonishingly violating that rule by $3.4 trillion.

More deficits and more debt: The President's budget leaves permanent defecits averaging $600 billion even after the economy recovers and doubles the publicly held national debt to over $15 trillion (12.5 trillion after inflation).

To pay for historic government expansion: The 25% spending increase in the President's budget represents the largest non-war government expansion since the New Deal. Domestic discretionary spending (including the stimulus funds) has been hiked by nearly 80% over 2008 levels.

When is it enough?: After multiple bailouts, an $800 billion stimulus bill, an omnibus spending bill, major Medicare expansion, SCHIP expansion, and now a historic tax and spend budget, all in less that 8 weeks, when is it enough?

Doubling Down Again

Bush v. Obama: Bush expanded the federal budget by a historic $700 billion. Obama would add another trillion. Bush increased federal education spending 58% faster than inflation. Obama would double it.

Bush v. Obama, Round 2: Bush became the first president to spend 3% of GDP on federal anti-poverty programs. Obama has already increased it to 20%.

Bush v. Obama, Round 3: Bush reduced taxes by nearly $2 trillion. Even after Obama's tax cuts, he still will raise them by a total of $1.4 trillion.

Bush v. Obama, Round 4: In 2007, before the recession, Washington spent $24,172 per household. Obama would increase that to $32,463 per household.

Bush v. Obama Scorecard: While President Obama has framed hi budget as a break from "failed policies" of the Bush Administration, it is in fact a doubling down on borrowing, spending, and bailingout.

More Taxes, Again

Spreading the Wealth: The President's budget raises taxes by $1 trillion over the next decade on those earning over $250,000. This means raising taxes for 3.2 million taxpayers by an average of $300,000 during that time.

Yes, Even the "95%" are Taxed: Through his proposed cap-and-trade system, the President would be raising taxes on all Americans while crippling the manufacturing sector and destroying jobs. Warren Buffet called it a "regressive tax", correctly identifying that it will be bourne by all American energy consumers.

That '70s Show

Back to the future: President Obama's budget returns us to the economic policies starting in 1952 and culminating with Jimmy Carter's high taxes, high spending and Keynesian economics -- which resulted in high recession rates, high inflation, high interest rates, and a stagnant stock market.

More Carter than Carter: Lawmakers should reject this budget and hold the President to his pledge of fiscal responsibility.

Barack Obama's attorneys took another step to destroy the Constitution of the United States this time in a California State Court. Those attorneys, working with liberal California State Attorney General Jerry Brown, convinced the Judge in that case, at a March 13, 2009, hearing to rule that only Members of Congress can challenge the qualifications of Mr. Obama to serve as President.

The Judge further ruled that a challenge can only be made on the 6th day of January following the meeting of the Presidential electors, at the session of Congress where the vote of the Electoral College is counted and the results announced. To use the Judge's words, this is "the exclusive means for challenges to the qualifications of President..."

Further, the Court blocked our subpoena for the college records of Mr, Obama!

The presidential candidate [1] of the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN), the communist revolutionaries in El Salvador the Reagan administration battled in the 1980s, is, a Monday Washington Post story noted, “a former correspondent for CNN en Espanol [2].” In the March 9 article, “In El Salvador Vote, Big Opportunity for Leftists [3],” reporter William Booth relayed from San Salvador that the journalist-turned-politician “considers himself to be El Salvador's Barack Obama.” Booth relayed:


After a 12-year civil war and a peace undermined by soaring crime, leftists in El Salvador are on the verge of completing a remarkable journey from armed struggle to the presidential palace.

Their candidate is a veteran TV broadcaster and morning talk show host, Mauricio Funes [4], whose Facebook page [5] lists his political views as “other.” Funes, 49, a former correspondent for CNN en Español, was recently recruited by the Farabundo Marti National Liberation Front (FMLN), the revolutionary group-turned-mainstream political party that is favored by polls to win the presidency in a vote scheduled for March 15....

Funes considers himself to be El Salvador's Barack Obama -- an agent of change in a country beset by the highest murder rate in Latin America and an economy in free fall.

The comparison is overt: Funes and the FMLN use images of Obama in their ads (despite objections by the U.S. State Department), saying both candidates were smeared by their opponents as allies of extremists. The FMLN television spots complete the link by employing the Obama slogan in English and Spanish, vowing "Yes, we can!"...

County Sheriff's Have the Ultimate Authority to

The New World Order

Back in the good old days, the bankers hired the Pinkerton Security Corporation to go-in and take people's land and live stock during the 1800's. The authority Pinkertons needed was from the Sheriff. After paying-off the Sheriff, the representatives of the bank (Pinkertons) would enforce their own laws on the residents in that county.

Today, it's the Federal Government and all their agencies that want to impose federal laws on county residents, (soon) gun confiscation, revenue action, and FEMA emergency intervention with martial law overtones. Your county sheriff has the ultimate authority to stop any and all federal agencies from confiscation, or conducting any federal business in the county at his/her discretion.

The sheriff is an elected official by the people and is NOT a bureaucratic employee. He has authority over any and all city and county property, and it's residents. The ONLY authority over the sheriff is the Coroner, in most counties.

There is a move in our country to usurp the authority of all county sheriffs by congressional authority, therefore, removing the Constitution as the sheriff's legal means to protect their county residents from federal laws and the out-of-control Patriot Act. The sheriff is the very LAST difference between New World Order tyranny and our Constitution, which each and every sheriff raised their right hand to uphold the 10th amendment.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States, respectively, or to the people."

Twenty two plus states are considering legislation to assure sovereignty under the 10th amendment of the United States Constitution.

Tyranny has reached our shores and THEY are showing their faces, but Americans are waking-up and standing side by side with their county sheriff and with governors of those states declaring independence from the world banking system that has successfully hijacked our federal government.

Sovereign state citizens need to address these issues at county commissioner meetings, and are encouraged to join membership organizations that have the manpower to encourage state and local authorities to face (head-on) the approaching danger of how tyranny is no longer a late night talk show interest, but a clear and present danger.

And like the famous comment by President Obama, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but at the end of the day, it's still a pig." That piggy bank is the world banking system, facilitated by the New World Order globalists, often referred to as the "Economic World Order." THEY are coming to your county soon, either with hand-outs, or by martial law, but likely with both. They want your weapons and could go after your gold and silver too, since the pending collapse of the dollar will require a new currency that has the backing of gold, unless the industrial war machine continues that role.

Sheriffs across the country are realizing the authority of which they never thought they would ever have to use. The former Sheriff of Graham County in Arizona is one that has appeared on many radio and TV shows. He is a constitutionalist with a message for all sheriff's in America.

"Please join me in the fight to regain our rights, while the price to pay is less than death. I am committed to doing all we can peacefully to get our country back. In order to succeed, we must first make ourselves aware of the problem. We must educate ourselves, and then we can know what action to take. One of the best and easiest solutions is to depend on local officials, especially the sheriff, to stand against federal intervention and federal criminality."

This Move by Obama is the final straw. The American People have been under assault from Jan. 20th. He has driven down the Stock Market to lows that have broken most retirement plans. He has driven a wedge between the races and is now contemplating granting AMNISTY to MILLONS of ILLEGALS that will further burden the American taxpayer .He is taxing the very idea of success and hard work. Last, he has thrown down the drain the lives of the unborn through ABORTION!
