I agree, patriot. All the petitions in the world are not going to sway the Obama regime and it's proponents. The next step for Obama and his Congressional supporters is to legalize those 12-20 million illegals roaming the streets of America. This added electorate will make Obama and his Democratic colleagues nearly unstoppable in the election process.

Patriot: Wouldn't the Speaker of the House fall next in line of succession? And would that be a permanent succession? Or is there constitutional grounds for reelection?

That's why we should forget the impeachment and JAIL the imposter for fraud. Every document signed by him should be invalidated and we should hold an emergency election.

Since the framers of the U.S. Constitution apparently never imagined the level of stupidity achieved in the 2008 election, the Constitution offers little direction. However, it would appear that since George W. Bush was never legally replaced as President, he would again assume the office until a valid election could be held.

He should issue an Executive order eliminating Saudi ownership of the media and its parent companies and we should prepare for war. A Terrorism attack and/or a Civil War would possibly be imminent.

But America fought for its freedom once and we can do it again.

JAIL THE IMPOSTER!

Seems like I've seen something about that somewhere, but could you give a reference? Is it in the Constitution?

I'm not against that option. In fact about any option seems better than what we have now. But we might face the same situation with McCain as Pres. since according to the law a the time of his birth, he too was not born in the United States. But at least he was born of two American parents which eliminates Obama from being 'natural born' no matter where he was born so the birth certificate is just another distraction.

McCain's candidacy was semi-legalized by Clinton/Obama. When a bill was introduced to allow him to run despite his having been born outside the U.S., they stopped it with a "Senate Resolution" which is UNenforceable in the courts. So if Obama goes to jail and McCain become Pres, you can bet anything he does would wind up in the corrupt Supreme Court and once again we might get stuck with Obama.

Then there's the issue of what court would hear a criminal case against Obama. Obviously the existing Supreme Court, including and lead by, John Roberts has no intention of enforcing the Constitution.

Either way, petitioning and marching against specific Obama lead laws is a waste of time. As long as Obama and Pelosi are leading the country, our liberties will continue to be attacked. If we waste time with more petitioning and tea partying and organizing, our country will no longer exist. I've done the petition, letter, and phone call thing and got absolutely nothing accomplished. We need to go after Obama and let the Californians go after Pelosi. They have the power and intend to get more. If not stopped, they will dictate our every move.

Obama declared his first loyalty in his book when he stated his loyalty to Islam. The Islamic Nation promised to destroy America from within after their attempt to destroy us from without 9-11 failed. Obama is carrying out what he believes to be his God given obligation.

This man is on a mission and we all know that it is to destroy this country, and nothing will stop him. I dont know if this is true or not but i read yesterday that all that is needed to change our Constitution is to have 34 States to ask for a Constitutional Convention which is in Article V of the Constitution. That is a dam scary thought. Can anyone shed some light on this? How do we find out where a Lower Court is hearing these charges?

Google natural born court cases.

Go to Google.com and add a daily google for 'Obama citizenship' or 'proposed U.S. legislation.' You will be shocked by what you learn. Every day more of our freedoms are stolen and often the thefts are concealed in what appears to be unrelated laws.

I agree; is there such a march planned? We have to have the backing of savvy Constitutional Lawyers, and compelling proof on all allegations...I wonder if we are there yet?...I will be watching the progress on this and passing this around.

Seems to me we have documented proof of Obama's not being a 'natural born citizen' as specified in Artile II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution. He put it in writing in his book that his father was a Kenyan thus a British citizen at the time of his birth.

The source documents and court rulings about Article II specify both parents are to be American citizens, so no matter where he was born, he's not 'natural born.' He signed a document swearing he was eligible to serve in at least two states and being a Constitutional scholar, he would definitely have reason to know the requirements of Article II. Therefore, we have documented proof of fraud.

Then there's the possiblity that he's not really even any kind of "scholar" since we also haven't seen his college or law school records.

The guy's a phantom!!

Of course if we can get unaltered birth records before he gets the chance to change them like he tried and possibly did with his passport records (google it), he may wind up not being a U.S. citizen at all. If he was in fact born in Kenya, since his mother was too young to pass along U.S. citizenship, he'll be a Kenyan. Or maybe an Indonesian from being adopted by his step father who may have been his birth father. Or he might be a citizen of some Arab nation since his father is listed on the Kenyan records as an Arab. Unless we see the records we may never know. But that should not be our focus since he can run us around in circles for three more miserable years just trying to get the documents which we don't really need anyway. And we sholdn't waste time impeaching a guy who was legally elected. Thst could take more years. We gotta' get him on his crimes and put him in jail!

Hey, has anyone else noticed how the Libs are backing off the "He posted a valid birth certificate online" argument and are now referring to the two notices in Hawaiian newspapers as proof he was born there despite no hospital coming forward to say he was -- well, except the one that used a letter from him in a fund raiser then withdrew it mysteriously? But back to the newspaper announcements, one actually says his grandparents are announcing his birth with no place of birth stated and the other could have been placed by anyone willing to pay a small fee.

His henchmen must think we're idiots!!

I'm afraid we're going to prove them right will all this petitioning and marching and calling and chasing these riciculous diversions.

THERE IS A DISEASE ATTACKING OUR COUNTRY AND OBAMA IS THE CARRIER. After all it really only started after he was elected. Instead of chasing after the numerous diversionary tactics he constantly launches to distract and divide us, WE NEED TO GO AFTER THE CAUSE.
