This vote on the motion to proceed is EXTREMELY important. No, it is not determinative, but if they proceed to THIS bill,it essentially also takes 60 votes to amend it. If it is not passed, they will have a hard time with 51...even Byrd won't support that...

I absolutely love the video of two democrats on an escalator! I needed a good laugh. Just wrote e-mails to the four supposedly fiscally conservative democrats who are reportedly still on the fence regarding their vote on the Senate Health Bill..Phone calls are next!

Glenn Beck tells us of the disaster that befalls if we don't change our ways. He's like the Old Testament prophets such as Jeremiah that is warning us of the need to change our Evil Ways. Rush leads with a little bit of sugar to make the medicine go down, but I think, in his heart, knows this is a long struggle to come, but that we have to do this. Sean tells us to "let our heart not be troubled", but he too is worried. We just have to fix it. I'd love to stop the Health Bill on the motion to proceed, but our next position is to force the 60 vote on the bill or amendments themselves...don't let them do the "nuclear option" and "blow up" the Senate with reading the record and objecting to routine business if they try that...

I think one of the reasons why I am so tired and discouraged, is because Glenn Beck is only now speaking out and saying the things that Rush has been telling us since the dirtbag's immaculation. And nothing has come of it.

Michael Savage says that liberalism is a "Mental Disorder". This is where the good doctor of democracy comes in the picture! A good dose of "Rush" is exactly what they need to combat this disorder!!!

Lee...like you said, you have to do what you have to do. Heck, I wouldn't wish on (anybody) what I went through years ago...but I endured, got through it and became "stronger" -- not weaker or bitter.
