Bill...Could not agree with you more. Brian McCall of Plano is the Chair of the Calendar Committee and I feel did a poor job for Texans. I had sent him a few letters and received a poor generic response. Can honestly say he will not get my vote again.

I was so upset with this past legislative session, typical do nothing crap. I got excited about SB730 to protect CHL holders, only to find it dying being held up in calendars, released and never voted on. I'm sick of all the "law" makers. Spinless cowards, they will not stand up for Texas and Texan rights.

I'm in North Garland, can travel 30 miles, would like to meet Tuesday 7pm, but am flexible.

p.s. I have started creating a web site called http://www.teabagmanifesto.com The concept is to define a set of demands for federal government reform, and to have the taxpayers and states team up to apply pressure en masse and in unison to the federal government. If we can channel the taxpayers and states in this manner, we can apply more pressure than just voter education, as I'm afraid that with the buying of votes through income redistribution, the voting process has lost much credibility as a tool to maintain a free and stable nation.

Hi everyone in Congressional District 3. I wanted to keep everyone informed about the upcoming Dallas Tea Party on Wednesday April 15th.

I have been in contact with the Dallas Tea Party organizer. This will be a great opportunity to support their activity, and at the same time get some exposure for resistnet. It would be great if we all meet there and assemble as a group, in support of the tea party. We need to bring some signs to show our solidarity, but the signs should not say anything about being against obama or the Democrats. This is not a political rally in as much as it is a protest about spending and taxes.

Our signs should have some reference to our support of the tea party though, so we can get some exposure. Something like "resistnet promotes lower taxes and less government spending" or "The Patriotic Resistance resists governments spending spree" or anything like that. You can probably come up with better words, but the theme is what I am trying to demonstrate.

Does anyone know someone that can make (donate) a banner for us that says The Patriotic Resistance in large letters, and something like come join your fellow patriots at www.resistnet.com in smaller letters? One about five feet wide that we could attach to two poles that two of us could hold. There is local and national news coverage planned for the event.

Please do all you can to be there. This will be our first test to see who the real resistnet supporters are. We have some great conversations in the discussion forums, but now it is time to get actively involved.

There is a meeting on Wednesday April 8 at 7:00 pm for anyone that wants to attend a planning meeting. They are looking for volunteers for several activities leading up to the event.

The meeting will be at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 10110 Shoreview Drive Dallas, TX75238. Please let me know if you are going to attend. I will be there, and I would be honored to meet all of you.

I'll keep in touch in the coming days.

Warm Regards,

Ron

For the April 15 TEA party, it was suggested to me that we all join forces with Dallas to create a bigger presence. You can get more info at this Facebook link: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=47165672254 and/or at this email address: dallasteaparty@gmail.com

Please let me know what is needed to mobilize against our enemies. Make no mistake about it. We are in battle mode to retake our country. It is not going to happen overnite, but it will happen with Patriots striking against tyranny. I would be honored to help in this great cause.

Welcome to everyone in Congressional District 3. I look forward to working with you in developing and expanding this group. This is our place for sharing ideas, formulating plans of actions, and providing essential information in support of the goals and objectives of the Patriotic Resistance with our fellow Americans throughout Texas and America.
