I believe Ted Poe is one of the good ones I can not say that about Kay Bailey Hutchinson I believe in getting the bad apples out and keeping the few proven Patriots we have because no matter what a politician says you can only go by their actions

I personnally have found no fault with Ted Poe, however i am for removing all incombents. Yes we will lose a few good ones but in the end we will be better off than the status quo.

I know lower courts are a mess, but the Supreme Court is what stopped line item veto and term limits.

And I too, have wondered what they'd do if we all just say NO. Its not like the military would help them oppress us.

That is the problem the courts have been over run with the liberals and I mean far left. Shoot they won't even take bho to task about his birth certificate issue. If they do not hold up the Constitution on that issue then why would they on any other?

I feel your frustration and do think a national strike is a possibility. Have also been wondering about the courts? When they passed line item veto in the 90's someone took that to the courts. This is clearly unconstitutional. We need to get it before Supreme Court before the Man Child gets to appoint another radical in there. The other side uses the courts. Maybe its time to adopt that tactic.

I am utterly appaulled at our congress(does not deserve a capital letter) I fought for this country and serve for nine years and I ask FOR WHAT??? When now we are forced to get health ins (pending the senate). Further more it says that in order to get ins you have to have current innoculations. Where is our Condtitution Where are our leaders???? This is no longer the country my buddies died for. This is no longer the country I fought for. That country has been ransacked.

When are we just going to quit showing up for work, and make a stand against this tyrannical GOVERNMENT. Our founding father stomped thier foot and said you do not rule over me anymore. That was said over a 6% tax on tea, what would they do now? The American people have become spineless. Yeah we go to tea party ( how is that going?) and protest while the idiot in chief turns his back on us and goes to MINN. and gives a speech on the subject we are protesting. When do we take our country back? What we need is a real Patriotic movement . One that cannot be ignored................. What is happening to our Beloved country Is sickening. Lets all stay home from work for a week from one end of America To The other, and tell the powers that be YOU DO NOT RULE OVER US ANYMORE> your power is a percieved power that is given by us and can be taken away by us.
Quit the political correct talk and lets stand together for freedom. Before it is too late. What do we have to lose except our freedom, and that my friends is already being stripped away. Nothing in this healthbill is Constitutional,so even if the senate passes it, it is an unlawful bill and should be treated as such. The time is approaching that we will have no voice and I do not think we have the chance to wait until 2010 or later to vote them out. I believe we need to start more drastic efforts before it is too late.

I don't know David Smith and don't really know Poe, but, for most of our Congressmen, we all need to be looking for an alternative in 2010!
