It was one year ago, on Feb 10, 2009, that Charlie Crist embraced President Obama and a failed stimulus bill that left our children and grandchildren in massive debt and left American citizens with an unemployment rate of 10%. Americans for Prosperity Praises Senator Baker for New Opposition to SunRail

TALLAHASSEE─ The Florida Chapter of Americans for Prosperity today praised Senator Carey Baker for announcing his new opposition to the proposal.

"Our side is clearly gaining momentum," stated Adam Guillette, State Director of Americans for Prosperity. "Senator Baker is courageous for taking such a bold stance against this wasteful proposal. He's putting the taxpayers first." added Guillette.

Americans for Prosperity will be joining with the Tallahassee Tea Party to host a Tea Party against SunRail on Monday from 4 - 6pm outside the Capitol in downtown Tallahassee. Paula Dockery will be one of the speakers, and State Senator Ronda Storms has now also been added as a speaker.

SunRail has been repeatedly defeated in the legislature but a special session was recently called with the intent of passing the multi-billion dollar proposal. Dockery has been a longtime opponent of Sunrail and has led the fight against it in the Senate.

Americans for Prosperity is the nations premier grassroots organization with over 30,000 members in Florida.

Where are the Jobs?
"President needs to stop listening to his political advisors and
start listening to the American people"


In a perfect world, the President could hold a “jobs summit” and everyone could breathe a sigh of relief. In the real world, however, sitting around talking about jobs doesn’t magically create them. You know that summits and press releases don’t create jobs, they only employ the reporters who cover them.

In a perfect world, the Administration could post great jobs data on the stimulus Web site, and the unemployed would find that all of their problems had melted away. But you know that posting erroneous jobs data doesn’t actually create jobs. In truth, the stimulus Web site only employs the overpaid contractors who designed it. In a perfect world, Congress could just keep extending unemployment benefits again and again forever and nobody would have to worry about ever working another day. And in a perfect world, the money to pay for those benefits would just come from a magic money tree growing on the South Lawn of the White House. But you know that unemployment benefits are no real substitute for honest paying work and the closest thing the government has to a money tree is the money they take out of your paycheck.

The bottom line is that the President needs to stop talking about jobs and start working to support and encourage their creation. Specifically, he needs to do three things: First, President Obama needs to stop his obsession with the trillion dollar takeover of healthcare because his single-minded approach is coming at the expense of everything else that matters to the American people. Second, the tax code must be reformed to protect workers’ wages, to encourage investment and entrepreneurship, to reward saving, and to provide the American people with confidence and certainty about their financial future. Third, the President needs to fix the failed stimulus, and not just talk about passing another one. American families are struggling to keep their heads above water and throwing them talking points and trillions of dollars in debt isn’t the same thing as throwing them a lifeline. The President needs to stop listening to his political advisors and start listening to the American people.

PRESS RELEASE: November 21st, 2009 by American Grand Jury


STATE Kansas Court 18th District, Witchita, KS and the UNITED STATES District Court, Austin, Texas served

American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint and the Nancy Pelosi criminal conspiracy complaint within its Presentments.

On November 19th, 2009 the American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments were served upon the Clerk of the United States District Court, William G. Putnicki, Austin, Texas and the Clerk of the State Kansas Court, 18th Judicial District, Bernie Lumbreras, Witchita, Kansas.

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.

American Grand Jury is actively pursuing decisions in a number of UNITED STATES District Courts in different States: District for Columbia, Western District of New York and Middle District of Tennessee.

Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Article I

In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has:
