I am not going to be available tonite. However, if I was I am not sure I could figure out to connect on!?! I have been sending out letters to editors, friends, and family all over. The following is an update of a previous letter that includes a little about what I think you are talking about with Flip this House. The ideas contained are those that I have pushed for most of my 30 plus years as an economic and community development professional.

I hope it these ideas can be a contribution, though I am sure I am not the only one to come up with them.

STOP NOW, STOP EVERYTHING, RE-THINK WITH COMMON SENSE!!!
(A Stop Everything Update Due to Crazies!)

As a 30 year economic and community development professional I have sent many letters to several editors around Wyoming and Utah. I am reforming this letter due to the constant White House and congress “Slights of Hand”. We must ignore the attacks on Fox News, the Chamber of Commerce, insurance companies, the “Tea Party Folks”, etc., these are just slight of hand tactics. Stay focused on: Cap and Trade, Healthcare reform, Old Tarp and New Tarp?, Old Stimulus and New Stimulus?, the increasing crazies on the Czar list, and most important of all, the deliberate lack of job creation.

I say deliberate because with more unemployed Americans we have more desperate Americans in crisis without Healthcare. You all know how badly the government wants us to be grateful to them and need them.

If we had a massive and successful job creation program most of the healthcare issues could be solved with small, unobtrusive programs that fix what really needs fixing but doesn’t dismantle the highest quality healthcare in the world..

If you believe in the principles and actions I have expressed I would be very grateful if you and your family and friends would send similar letters to your members of both houses of congress and to your local editors.

Letter to the Editor:
“STOP EVERYTHING!!”

Stop and put an eighteen month freeze on all new spending and tax bills and listen to the people you are supposed to be working for. You do remember who you work for don’t you? Right?

“We the People” don’t need you to take care of us! Just stop obstructing our successes. What you are proposing, “We the People, our children, and our grandchildren” cannot afford. It is time to refocus on what the people really need and really want, Jobs! Stop with the personal political agendas. Focus on what the American really need! America does not need to be fundamentally Changed!

The following priorities will allow Americans to bring America back to its historical level of success and reverse current path to national bankruptcy.

Of the seven (7) top priority actions that congress and the president must focus on, the first four are critical:
1. Job creation: More than seven million jobs in less than five years and more than fifteen million jobs in less than ten years. This is a realistic goal if the personal political agendas are abandoned and replaced with common sense, determined focus, reversing restrictive policies.
2. Conduct a massive self-cleaning of corruption, greed, graft, etc., in both houses, in all political persuasions. Remove all lobbyists and special interest folks from government processes! It really looks as if very few of the current Washington politicians would survive the action.
3. Allow “We the People” to bring God back into the public square along with the “ity” virtues: morality, integrity, humility, civility, fidelity, accountability, etc.
4. Re-emphasize the importance of, value of, and need for adherence to, our Constitution!

The remaining five top priority actions are very important to the stability of America’s Core!
5. Reverse TARP, Stimulus, Private Industry Take-overs, Bail outs, government intrusion in private industry management, etc.
6. Reinforce and strengthen the United States Dollar. Raise it back to being the global universal medium of exchange as it has been for more than a hundred years.
7. Energy Independence (remove our vulnerability), use the “All of the Above” approach.
8. Reduce, then eliminate, all long term government debt.
9. Seriously refocus on the United States National Security......both foreign and domestic.

If these seven priorities are successfully addressed, solutions to all other issues will fall into place. If these are not successfully addressed, nothing else will matter, because our Freedom and our great Republic, as we now know it, will no longer exist.

“We the People” must stand up and make these demands known and we must expect them to be honored. We must talk to our family and friends across this nation and build a national common sense ground swell to demand our right to be heard, to be free to succeed or fail by our own actions, not by government control or mandate.

Remember that the constitution gave “We the People” the power to control our government. “We” have now become aware and are now alert to what our elected representatives have been doing. Remember, the 2010 and 2012 elections soon will be here. We must keep reminding our family and friends across the country that it is our combined duty and responsibility to see that this Republic remains strong and intact.
