About The Author
Gary William Barnes
Gary is just a regular blue collar working class American. As America encourages personal and financial freedom through hard work and entrepreneurial activity, he is following the American Dream and wants to restore America to its greatness.
Gary graduated Ridgefield High School in 1975. He attended some college before joining his father in opening a Paint and Wallpaper store in his home town. After the store was forced to close (the 1978-9 recession) Gary started his own wallpaper installation business. He worked his business as an independent entrepreneur for over 20 years becoming one of the top master craftsmen in the field.
Back surgery forced him out of the business and put him into the disabled community. Never one to accept an obstacle too great to overcome, Gary spent a lot of time discussing political topics with friends of all camps. Becoming more and more frustrated with the direction the country has been moving; he started writing in early 2008. Now one year and over one thousand hours later he has put the finishing touches on his book and web site solutions.
Gary lives with his wife Elizabeth and their three children. Gary also has three grown children and one grandchild. Gary enjoys sports and has always enjoyed a good challenge. He now is enjoying the opportunity to help his fellow Americans win back their Country.
The Constitution Boot Camp>
The 4th Amendment Continued with Gerry Donaldson
The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures. It was ratified as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. The amendment specifically requires search and arrest warrants be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. Search and arrest should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to the issuing court, usually by a law enforcement officer, who has sworn by it.
