Thanks Mary Beth for all the great information you have been posting to this group and discussion. As you know Silver is in big demand right now because people are waking up and they realize the paper counterfit money the Fed is printing is worthless and has no intrinsic value. They are already running the banks to buy precious metals and banks are continuing to fail nationwide. Here is the official list of banks that are failing right from the FDIC website. Emil I agree wholeheartedly with your plan of prayer, but I also would like to see everyone actually take some other actions as well.
Get active politically and prepare for some hard times, by getting out of the banks now while you have a chance, and by starting to use real money instead of fiat paper money. Everyone should also get as much food, fuel, guns and ammo and other survival items as you can afford.
Do it yesterday because these Obamunists are bent on bringing this country under their domination and subjection. They want no middle class, only themselves as the elite super rich, and us as slaves.
I will not live as a slave. How about you?

I agree, paper has got to go. It's not worth the...well, you know.
The worst thing that happened to our economy and country was on that dark day in 1913 when the Fed was created.

Thanks Robert, You are right on target. Adherance to the Constitution is the answer to most of our problems. We need to make this country one of the Rule of Law once again instead of the rule by men.

Since 1986 when they finalized the design of the Silver Eagle there have been more than 150 million minted at the United States Mint at West point New York. Do you honestly think anybody could round up all those coins? Do you honestly think someone in government would be so stupid as to make everyone holding those coins to be criminals if they don't turn them in?

I am thinking that I read somewhere lately that Ron Paul is introducing legislation in January to "legalize" gold and silver usage. In other words make "legal" in statue law, what is already LAWFUL in the supreme law (Constitution) I will check that and let you know.
In the mean time, it's almost impossible for the fed to confiscate the Silver Eagle coins. They can make all the regulations they want, and the new bum can write all the executive orders he wants, but the people won't give up their silver and gold any more than they will give up their guns... Now I bet that one will get some people talking, but folks that is what it comes down to. And there are more than 150 Million in circulation all over the planet. The very reason the Liberty dollar got in trouble was that it is a privately minted coin. The feds made noises about it being counterfit. The fact is that the Fed is the biggest counterfitter on the planet.

Just a thought.. I feel that a strong probability for success can be established by starting at the community level with local business accepting silver and gold as payment for goods and services based on the model set forth by the American Open Currency Standard (AOCS) found http://www.opencurrency.com/.
