Frank, What is the purpose of the CC? We have a perfectly good constitution. The only thing wrong with it is th 16th and 17th amendments. So what is the purpose of the CC?

I should add that the big thing that is wrong is that legislators on all levels keep breaking their Oath.

Some basic problems actually started with the 14th Amendment (which made us all slaves) and even earlier. CC2009 is not about changing the Constitution. It is about documenting the abuses and violations of it and providing legal and peaceful actions that Patriots can take to restore the Constitution and our Republic. Please view the deliberations and the previous sessions. It will be a real eye-opener!

The Congress had its closing ceremony last Saturday; http://www.freedom.tv/cc09/. The archived videos from the eleven days are amazing educational tools; http://www.cc2009.us/archives. The Congress is actually in recess and can be re-convened at the direction of the President of the Congress (Michael Badnarik - TX).

We are impatiently waiting for the Articles of Freedom to be finalized; http://www.cc2009.us/aof. In the meantime, our Pa. Delegates and I will be working on actions which we Patriots can begin with to force our elected representatives to a Constitutional level of government.

There are many exciting developments going on as well. There is a growing coalition of Pa. Freedom organizations. The Sheriff Project has enormous potential for Freedom.

Our Pa We The People Congress has weekly conference calls for volunteers on Thursday nights. Let me know if you would be interested in joining us. E-mail me directly at PaWeThePeople@aol.com.

For those of you who want to know what cc2009 was all about and what is next, go to www.republicmagazine.com/webinar and listen to the interview with Robert Schultz. The interview is about 2hrs long but it is very educational and well worth your time. Mr Schultz lays out the plan to take our country back and, in my opinion, it is the only way that has any chance of working. Like many of you, I have written letters, sent e-mails, sent faxes, made phone calls, and went to DC on 9/12. We have been ignored and will continue to be ignored. It is time now for a peaceful revolution to hold our government accountable and CC2009 gives us that opportunity. The only question remaining is can we get the word out and are there enough of us left in this country with the will to take our country back. Listen to what Robert Schultz has to say and decide for yourself. If you agree with him, get the word out and sign up when the time comes.
