Last call for D/C trip!

• Payment MUST be called into Lorenz Bus Co. no later than noon tomorrow, Wed., 9/9. Payment needs to be by credit card or debit card for $140.00 YOU MAY MAKE DONATIONS TO LORENZ TO HELP MAKE THE TRIP POSSIBLE (call Elaine so she knows)
  Lorenz Bus Co. is (763)784-1809 or (763)201-8870. Contact person is Diane Thomas but she's sometimes hard to reach so you can leave info. with whomever you can reach. (Diane's ext. is 10)
• This is an estimate. Be prepared to ajust accordingly upon departure or as instructed.
• We will leave on Fri.,9/11 at 6a.m. from Kelly Inn by the State Capital in St. Paul. We will be picking up the Wisconsin/Ill. Patriots at Madison and Recine, Wis. on the way.
• Alternative is Larry Aden lmaden@frontiernet.net 712-636-4490 - May have options that include a sleepover camp site and possible room for elderly in a hotel.

For the trip:
It will be a long ride so bring snacks, pillow, comfotable clothes and/or a change of clothes, cash or credit card, camera, and beverages if you wish. Coolers, unbrellas, and signs are allowed. I will be calling Lorenz shortly after 11am and after noon to see if we have enough Patriots to fill the bus. If not, watch the web site for cancellation notice. Let's hope we make quota and show our Reps. we mean business! If anyone is unable to go but would like to support the effort, call and make the donation to Lorenz. Let's get the bus rollin!

2)CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INTO LORENZ BUS CO.


If you have mailed us a check that includes the hotel, we will not cash it and we will hold your bus reservation. We will be in touch with you to arrange a check swap and you will be able to pay Lorenz directly.


Lorenz Bus company needs to know by Wednesday morning!
