It is time TODAY for EACH ONE of all 50 states to file recall petitions for all Democratic Senators, whether your state has a recall provision in your State Constitution or not.

It is covered under the 10th Amendment, any power "not enumerated" in the Constitution reverts back to the states.

Since the US Constitution is silent on recall, this right is reserved to the sovereign states.

Anyone with national contact, please consider getting the word out to recall all the Dem Senators TODAY!

Lindy, we need to starve the beast. Best way (I can think of) is

to stay out of chain stores, they send money out of our towns, counties, state.

Get community organized and community spirit. Create a barter system, no money exchanged, no taxes paid. Trade services or goods for services or goods. ie: You babysit in return for some of your neighbor's garden harvest.

Avoid foreign products especially Chinese goods. We pay 100 million a day to them JUST IN INTEREST!

Where you can, buy second hand, it keeps the money local. Buy from local ads, no sales tax. Or buy from consignment shops.

STARVE the beast.

Let us strike if you are able! We have just begun to fight, send Pa a message anything bottled or produce by the State of Pennsylvania Boycott the product...For Delaware Carper and Kauffman replace them in 2010. Boucott any thing with soy beans, that a Delaware major product...
We can shove this right back....

What the real life groups are planning, 4-15 Sovereign State Amendment and Tax Revolt:

We will be delivering a list of grievances and demands to both the governor and the state legislature.

Sovereign State Amendment with the right of Secession, Initiative, Referendum and reasonable protocols to execute them.

We demand a return to governance by constitutional law, the repeal of all unconstitutional legislation, spending, mandates, treaties, from both state and federal.

For example, we demand the state nullify HC, stimulous, pro foreign interest aka anti- American business legislation, cap and trade, bailouts. for examples.

We demand tax incentives to companies employing Americans and penalties for companies hiring illegals, especially off the books.

We demand a declaration that NJ is no longer a safe harbor state and all state spending for social services now provided, including Section 8, welfare, education, medical and FREE down payments for their houses, etc. be outlawed immediately.

We demand all ACORN's business licences (under any name or auspice) be suspended and an investigated under RICO and statute of frauds.

We demand The Sec'y of State and Board of Elections validate all ACORN voter registrations and purge the phonies off the roles BEFORE Nov.

We demand that the Christie Admin reverse their stance that recalling Menendez is "unconstitutional."

We demand the state desist in any negotiations with special interests and lobbies. ie: the Teachers Union to negotiate town by town with the locals who will set the agenda and who pay the teachers salaries and perks.

And we back it up with a bona fide tax revolt.

We are now organizing town by town. Each locality will find their local taxpayers showing up at town council meetings with a demand that real estate taxes be immediately purged of all anti-constitutional spending mandates from the town, county, state and DC.

By taking control in our own back yards, town by town, standing shoulder to shoulder, we can assert the same power and control that the renegade government now reigns over us.

STARVE THE BEAST.

We take back our state by taking back our towns. We don't say it must be done this way. The founding fathers and the Constitutions, NJ and US say it.

RE the bill proposed by Senator Doherty SCR81 and Assemblymen Mchose ACR109 - we need to send emails to everyone we know to call their state assemblymen and senator to support these companion bills. We the people must speak up and start paying attention to our state. We have to fight this health care debacle with everything we can.

find your senator and 2 assemblymen by clicking members on the left menu bar - on the next page scroll down on the right side you can find yours by locating your municipality. it is very easy to send them all 3 of them an email. please tell your reps to support these bills. We need more road blocks - and we need more good citizens who will run for office

NJ state legislators who I believe are from Rep Scott. Garrett's district have initiated the following.
New Jersey ACR 109 by Assemblymember Mchose; SCR 81 by Sen. Doherty
Would propose a state constitutional amendment to prohibit state or federal law or regulation from compelling a person to obtain, provide, or participate in health care coverage.
(New Jersey 's constitution requires a three-fifths vote in each chamber at one session [2010], or majority vote in each chamber for two successive sessions [for 2012])
