Another excellent Bill brought this time by Senator Beau McCoy on healthcare. This amendment probihits laws that restrict us from choosing our own healthcare plans.

LR289CA - Constitutional amendment to prohibit laws that restrict or interfere with choice of health care plans or direct payment for medical services
