Those are awesome pictures! I so wish we could have found you at the march. Didn't you think Nebraska was underrepresented? We need to light a fire:)

That's too bad, we stayed in Crystal City at a Marriott that was listed on the 9-12 site and it was a wonderful room for $99 and tax. The metro was accessible without leaving the building and I looked for free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. Luckily we escaped with only one cab ride that was shared with a couple from Statin Island (fun accent there!) when we went over to catch the tea party express bus Friday night. Otherwise the metro was fairly easy to use, there were so many out of towners trying to figure out the fare machines, it was acutually quite entertaining. Plus a lot of good conversations took place on the metro rides, full of patriots. I actually brought snacks from home that we were grateful for during the march and after. Next time we'll fill a hotel with Nebraskans.
