Here is a letter I just sent to a facebook friend...

I know what you mean. Believe it or not, I use facebook sharing as a way to bookmark things I am interested in and to find more. Then I go back and take those links and spread them out to my ning sites.

My main site is http://ResistNet.com It is a ning site so your AsAMom Id should work. The thing I like about resistnet is the breakdown to district and state. There is much more going on there also than meets the eyes.

Twitter is very powerful. do not let it's simplicity fool you. When you get an account I can show you a few things it has taken me months to learn...

There is an election coming up in MA for Kennedys old senate seat. It is not making much news because everyone thinks the DEM will win. On resistnet, I have talked to folks and they think we could pull a surpise upset. This would knock Dems down to 59!! This would be huge!!! I am going to remotely support them with a phone bank, and some other ideas. If the entire Tea Party movement would get behind this it could shock the Democrats and really turn things around. They just passed the 1.1 Trillion spending bill loaded with pork today on Sunday. They think folks will not notice and they will forget! I plan on not letting that happen!!

Can you imagine the look on Claire McCaskills face if she finds out Missouri folks remotely ejected a MA Democrat!!!

Do you like "farm fresh" vegtables and fruit? How about "real" milk without all the additives? I grew up and a farm and believe me, there is a HUGE difference. We do have a new coordinator for Dallas County and he is setting up meetings and classes. I plan to start holding some after the first of the year. The people are out there, they either do not have internet access or they are using other sites like AsAmom.org.

I am open to any and all ideas!

We need a 4th district monthly newsletter we can mail to folks since so many do not have internet access. I have a name, MO-West for Liberty Newsletter! Of those that do, have internet access it would be great if we could get them to join this site. Also, on Cass County, I have added a link to the Republican Committee Site for Cass County. It list numbers for all the folks on the committee. I am attending their meetings now and getting to know them.

Do you have editing capability on this page. It would be great if we could get your committe information on here as well as maybe some county statistics and what newspapers are in your county we could advertise in.

We will get there! Great idea with the 'call tree'!

I am very busy on Facebook and 2gov.org, Trying to network with folks. At first I thought I was the only one in the entire 4th district! I even go and hold signs at busy intersections at Harrisonville and Belton when I can! I now have folks ready to start holding meetings. I held one and no one came but it is different now! I really wanted to come to your meeting but it didn't work out. You are in a very important location being close to Jeff City!

Lets keep in touch. I think this thing is going to explode actually when we get a few more things going!

The meeting was GREAT!! We had about 18 people there, which is HUGE for this area. All were anxious to do it again, so this will be a monthly event. Same time, same place, Tuesday Dec. 8th.
Half or more of the participants do not have internet access and were happy to be added to the 'call tree' we're starting up for alerting members to issues that need quick action, like calling our Reps. We don't want to be internet snobs, now do we? :)

It is my hope that both papers publish it this week. No guarantees, I guess, but I don't know why they wouldn't. Small town papers seem to scrounge up whatever they can to fill up space.

The big new city hall is at 500 S. Oak St. in California. One block north of the 4-way stop (we only have the one - Jct of 87 and 50 Hwys.) Hwy. 87 is "Oak St" through town.
This WILL BE the 912 group meeting, as well as - Resistnet - As A Mom - Alarm and Muster - Restore the Republic and etc. I plan to mention many groups and let the individuals decide who, if any, they want to join. I have a couple of fellows that represent their 'other' groups that will be there to speak a bit about them.



The Pocket Constitutions are $30 for 100 w/free shipping from NCCS. HERE'S the link. This will be my third 100 to hand out. I print out largeish labels with group info on them and adhere them to each copy.
