MS PATRIOTS - CALL TO ACTION
The 2010 session will begin on Jan 5 and we need to get AGRESSIVE!
We MUST get a sovereignty resolution passed!
We MUST either get Nullification or a "Freedom of Healthcare Choice Act" (allowing voters to preserve the existing healthcare system regardless of congressional action at the federal level) passed!
We MUST get our Attorney General to conduct an investigation into the BRIBERY that took place to get the health care bill to pass, as well as the FRAUD commited by the DNC and Obama, and the TREASON by Obama by his executive order 12425 as well as the treaties being signed internationally destroying our sovereignty as a nation!
We need to BOMBARD our attorney general with letters as well as our state representatives, senators and governor.
And then pay them a visit! (Jackson tea party being organized - stay updated and be THERE!!!!!)

LETS GET THIS DONE!!!! Other states are taking this action, and we need to get Mississippi to do this also.
ALSO get involved in the Continental Congress 2009, the Articles of Freedom have been released along with the remedial instructions for our state and federal government and the civic action by WE THE PEOPLE.
This movement CAN WORK IF we get massive support behind it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Hood,
I understand that our Mississippi Representative Steven Palazzo sent you a letter on December 21, 2009 formally requesting that you take appropriate legal action against the federal government in the event that the Health care bill passes into law. In his letter he stated this to be a violation of equal protection of the law, an affront to our sovereignty, and a breach of the U.S. Constitution.
Not only are the mandates for individuals to purchase health insurance unconstitutional, as well as it being considered illegal to keep your private insurance; it is also a violation of our privacy by government having access to our personal and financial information. But the special treatment that states like Nebraska got in exchange for their vote are not only unconstitutional but are against the law! Why should the state of Nebraska not have to pay for the unfunded mandate of Medicaid (forever) and the people of the state of Mississippi have to pay for Nebraska’s portion? This violates Article 1, Section 9: No preference shall be given by any regulation of commerce or revenue to the ports of one State over those of another.
Not to mention the CRIMINAL act of BRIBERY!, buying votes with such as the deal Sen. Nelson made with Sen. Reid for the 60th vote for this health care bill on the Senate floor. Reid bought votes by allowing 3 states to keep Medicare Advantage insurance. He has also provided for 7 states to not have to pay their portion of Medicaid money, the federal government is going to pick up 100% of the tab (that is Mississippi tax-payers). Reid bought the Louisiana vote for 300 million of our tax dollars. Reid exempted his own state from having to pay their share of Medicaid cost, so we are paying for his state too. Reid has purchased over 10 votes with our money! US Code Title 18 201 Titled Bribery of Public Officials and Witnesses: Section B: “Whoever directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any public official (member of Congress) with intent to influence any official act or to influence such public official to commit or aid in committing, or colluding, or ally any fraud or make opportunity for the commission of any fraud on the United States”. Both the person agreeing to pay the bribe and the one accepting it need to be prosecuted for felony bribery!
Other actions by the Federal Government that are clearly criminal and are an assault on our Constitution are; 1. The FRAUD committed by Pelosi and the DNC by preparing 2 documents, but discarded the first in favor of hiding the truth. The second is on file in all 50 state Election Commission offices, and DNC headquarters, that clearly omits the verbiage that states “and that the following candidates for President and V. President of the U. S. are LEGALLY QUALIFIED to serve under the provisions of the U. S. Constitution. We also call for an investigation into the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of President as stated by our Constitutional. He has REFUSED to release his documents and has spent hundreds of thousands of our tax dollars to thwart dozens of lawsuits challenging his eligibility. 2. The TREASON committed by Mr. Obama by the quiet release of executive order 12425 that criminally invested the INTERPOL (an international police force) with despotic domestic and secret police power over United States Citizens that is also unconstrained under the U. S. Constitution. International police now act freely upon U. S. soil wherever they please holding more police power over Americans than local or state law enforcement agencies. INTERPOL agents can secretly arrest and detain U. S. Citizens from breeches of supposed international, non
U. S. laws. With the stroke of a pen and no warning at all, Barack Obama surrendered American sovereignty to an international force; affecting both Americans and American interest outside of the U. S. TREASON! Also by signing treaties with international entities placing Americans under foreign laws, such as the “Small Arms Treaty”, which directly violates our 2nd Amendment right, and by the Copenhagen Treaty, that subjects Americans to foreign laws and taxes by foreign governments. TREASON!
Mr. Hood, I have read where you are not willing to join other attorney generals in legal action against the Federal Government. This is not about your personal or political opinion. This is a clear violation of our constitutional rights as well as being a felony crime. Your office is charged with the representation and the protection of the people of the State of Mississippi, and we demand that you take legal action immediately on our behalf. If you refuse to pursue action in these areas, you are in violation of your oath to SUPPORT, DEFEND, and UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION, and you too, will be quilty of aiding in the above crimes.
With the criminal corruption and disregard for our Constitution and our rights, we the People, look to our state to take action to protect our rights and freedoms guaranteed to us, but if you fail, most likely history will show as it did 234 years ago, that it will come down to the people to provide the effective actions and leadership to protect and assure our sovereignty.

As a citizen of this state of Mississippi, I am urging you to take action to protect our state sovereignty and our constitutional rights from the blatant unconstitutional actions of the Federal Government.

Shawn, your letter to Hood is great, but I am afraid Mr. Hood would consider any action against the Obama administration would equate to his feelings about going after Dickie Scruggs when he said it would be like "going after family." THe Mississippi state legislature is the place we really need to work on cleaning house.
