“DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS AND REPUBLICAN RINO’S GUILTY”

Greetings Everyone,

You probably thinking, what do I mean guilty? What I mean is that they are guilty of treasonable acts against America and the Constitution of the United States. They have knowingly and willingly allowed Barrack H. Obama to be nominated to run for the office of President of the United States and allowed him to be elected as President, knowing and turning a blind eye to the fact that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States.

They are guilty of standing on the sideline in the shadows when Obama has repeatedly greeted and embraced our sworn enemies, has apologized for what he has deemed Americas wrong doings and told the world that we are not a Christian nation, for time after time belittling and degrading the Republic of the United States of America!

Their actions, their silence and their refusal to defend the United States of America and that Republic for which it stands, and our Constitution, brands each and everyone of them “GUILTY BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT”.

To make things worse “WE THE PEOPLE” have taken no positive action to put and end to any of this, “WE THE PEOPLE” have allowed the President and his what can only be called a REGIME now, do each and everyone of these things. When are we the people going to slam down the gavel and demand that they enforce existing laws and put a stop to these repeated treacherous actions????

Constitution, Article 6 - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

US Constitution, Article II, Section 1

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The two above oaths are being ignored, pushed aside by far to many elected officials and to add insult to injury, those elected officials not breaking their sworn oath are openly allowing this to happen and taking no legal actions on our behalf in defense of America, the Constitution and We The People making them just as guilty.
