We Must Demand Our 10th Amendment Rights! MA Is Not On This List! Calling All Patriots!

First thanks to Cathari for originally posting this. If your state is one of the states listed please call your state representatives and let them know how strongly you support this. If your state is not...call your representatives and tell them to get on it!

The following is why we all have to take action and if you cut and paste the link at the bottom there are working links is the post.

The Federal Government can not function without the willful cooperation of the States. This could change should Obama succeed in creating his private army.

Last week, I took a copy of the New Hampshire resolution and carefully modified it for Massachusetts. I have already submitted it to Representative Elizabeth Poirier for filing in the House. By law, she is required to file it. Even it it's a late filing. For those that don't know, Massachusetts law allows any citizen to file a bill and your Rep or Senator must file it.

Who wants to get busy now? The more Pro-Constitution bills introduced we can drown out the opposing force 10-1. Look at laws you don't like and submit bills to repeal them. It's not hard at all. If you need help, contact me.

I contacted by email my Senator Marc Pacheco and Rep. Tom Calter last week to support and Co-Sponsor Your submission to Rep Elizabeth Poirier. I have sent two other emails requesting a response to my first. Still waiting!
I'd like more information on repealing other laws!

RJ,

Thank you for the support. By way of an update, Rep. Poirier's office had submitted the HR for review by "House Council". "House Council" said the following:

"They believe that the Resolution is asking for Federal relief and indicated that we have no control over other states or states’ rights. They felt that this was a matter for a Congressional office to handle."

My reply was that the HR does no such thing and asked for "House Council" to re-read the resolution. Rep. Poirier's office has resubmitted the HR to "House Council" for further review.

I also sent several other pieces of information including a link to Rhodes on Montana http://stewart-rhodes.blogspot.com/2009/02/montana-introduces-resol... and mentioned that we're up to 22 States now.

More info as I get it.

I'll Need Follow Up Information, I Am in the Middle of Keeping Many Groups Informed of what is Going On. Any Information can be sent to my email @ rjmills@tmlp.com
To Date I have NOT recieved a call back or email back from my Rep or Senator. One might think they are avoiding the situation. I may have to go into Boston and pay them a Visit. I will now send them another letter.
If someone is not sure who there Rep or Senator is in their Town, Please Visit www.congress.org and type in your Zip Code, This will bring up all information needed
