*INTELLIGENCE BRIEFS: China could program U.S. collapse*

Semiconductors used in U.S. weapons systems that come from China and other
countries could be pre-programmed for failure. In an exclusive interview with G2
Bulletin, a high-level Pentagon technical expert who asked to remain anonymous
warned that such tampering is virtually undetectable. His revelation
underscores a growing concern in the U.S. military that with the dwindling
manufacture of domestic chips and electronics combined with the burgeoning
growth of supplies, especially from China, there is virtually no way to trace
the source of any electronic tampering.

Grassley asks for info from Holter. Holter writes back saying nothing. NINE DOJ lawyers (Holter appointees) are sympathizers with Gitmo detainees.
In Holters private lawy frim (private business) the Elite left worked to represent terrorists.

The DOJ is supposed to let the people know what they're doing. Another case of NO transparency. When will it end?

President Obama's "Hate Crimes" legislation ( obama stated he is a Muslim)
didn't have the support of the American people.

Extremist organizations, activist judges and anti-faith Obama administration bureaucrats are using the new Hate Crimes law to silence Christians and
criminalize our faith.

Rex Harris, the mayor of Lancaster, California, recently told a
group of Christian ministers, "We are growing a Christian community
-- and don't let anybody shy away from that."
Little did Mayor Harris know that his words would be tested
almost immediately!



CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) filed a
federal civil rights complaint alleging that the mayor had
violated the civil rights of all non-Christians in his message.

CAIR, which has been investigated for providing funds that promoted
terrorism, further contends that the Mayor used his official
capacity to "promote religion."

But it gets worse...

Despite a sincere formal apology by the Mayor, the Antelope
Valley Human Relations Task Force has launched an additional
investigation. They say that they have the authority to deem
an incident like this one a "hate crime" or "hate incident,"
which is now a FEDERAL CRIME!



This unfolding incident in California is just the beginning...
Liberty Counsel is monitoring similar cases across the nation,
and we anticipate that attacks against Christians will intensify
in the days and weeks ahead. Already, we are hearing of legal
battles taking place in Michigan, Maryland, and other states.
