Denel, as far as I know, any group with 4 or more members can be recognized as an official "group" within the County Republican Party. That is the way the rules read in Nevada anyway.

As far as the make-up of our Executive Board goes, the members of the Central Committee (600 members) elect our Chairman, Vice-chair, Treasurer, Secretary and the Coalitions Director. There are several appointed positions such as the Political Director and the Media Coordinator that are appointed by the Chairman or by an E-board vote.

Other elected members of the E-board are the Precinct Committeemen or as we call them here, Commission District Representatives. They are elected to represent their district on the E-board, by members of the Central Committee who reside in that district (precinct). This make-up of the E-board varies from State to State and County to County, so check your own State & County Bylaws.

Hopefully your group will be represented on the County E-board by a "Coalitions Director," who's job it is to coordinate and give a united voice to all the groups within your County. If there is no such position, I would suggest all the groups get together and demand that there be such a position and that it be an elected position to be voted on by all members of the Central Committee. If applicable, contact the other groups and get this idea scheduled for a vote or discussion at the next meeting. Hopefully, this will get one more very important conservative vote on the Executive board.

Denel, are you originally from AL? I am from GA, and I read some ones article yesterday about the history of the Republican party and it reminded me of why a lot of the older folks in that part of the country are automatically born democrat. (I was one of those) The Republicans were in charge during and after the Civil War and they held sway during the Reconstruction period. That was a particularly hard time for our southerners and I think the fact the democrats stood with them (in their slimy way) is part of that feeling of there only being democrats to vote for. And yes, that kind of feeling does transcend the generations. I am not a full redneck, but I am proud of what I am and I am thankful for the sense of patriotism I got from my early upbringing in that part of the world. So it is going to be interesting to see how you can make changes. It might just be good to sell your principles, ideas and candidates to these 'democrats'. I know I voted Republican as a registered democrat the first 10 years I was eligible to vote.

This Notice Of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right is directed
to the President of the Corporate United States, the Bankers, the
Administrative Bureaucracies, all Representatives Of The Foreign
Principles, The Agents, The Corporate Entities, The Corporate Officers,
The Corporate Officials, The Corporate Commissioners, The Judges, The
Governors Of The Corporate States, The Speakers Of The House, The
Lawyers, The Law Enforcement Officers, The County Sheriffs� And All
Elected And Appointed Members Of the Corporate Government Of The

and its Constitution, the President and Congress take an Oath of office

authority to legislate for one of the several states. The jurisdiction

Whether by mistake or design, a bankruptcy of the United States was
declared in 1933 by President Roosevelt by Executive Orders 6073, 6102,
6111 and Executive Order 6260, and as a result the People of America
were declared to be enemies of the government, under the "Trading With
The Enemy Act" October 6, 1917, and as codified at 12 U .S.C. 95b.
refers to the authority granted in the Act of October 6, 1917 The
Trading with the Enemy Act or War Powers Act) which was "An Act to
define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other
purposes". This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States,
but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any
person within the United States or any place subject to the
jurisdiction thereof".
It was here that every American citizen literally became an enemy to
the United States government under declaration. According to the
current Memorandum of American Cases and Recent English Cases on The
Law of Trading With the Enemy, It states I have no personal Rights at
law in any court, as all Rights of an enemy to sue in the courts are
suspended, whereby the public good must prevail over private gain.

This Act also provides for the taking of enemy private property. The
Governors of the several States of the Union pledged the full faith and
credit of its citizens to the aid of the National Government in
perpetuity.

As a declared enemy, what I have always believed to be my private
property has never been mine. The only way I can do business or any
type of legal trade is to obtain permission from government by means of
a license.

It is difficult to believe, that for 76 years, since 1933, all
Americans have been pledged for the debt of the UNITED STATES owed to
international bankers, most of whom are foreign to our country.
My credit, labor, productivity and property have been used and is now
being used as collateral by the incorporated UNITED STATES without my
consent. I have lived all my life with no money or property having been
reduced to a pauper by what calls itself government acting outside it�s
constitutional jurisdiction with no authority but its own.

The nature of the conspiracy to defraud can be best understood in
comments by one of the major conspirators in the triumph of
establishing the Federal Reserve, "Colonel" Edward Mandell House, who
is purported to have said this in a private meeting with President
Woodrow Wilson:
"Very soon, every American will be required to register their
biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the
people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By
such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which
will effect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency.
Every American will be forced to register or suffer being unable to
work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the
security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant
under the scheme of secured transactions.

Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading
[birth certificate] to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent,
forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their
pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial
value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for
not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by
accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal
plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund
government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form
of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge
profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a
contributor to this fraud which we will call `Social Insurance.'
Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may
incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our
servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and
without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high
office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot
against America."

Through ongoing deceit and fraud upon the American people, this has
come to pass. The national health care bill just passed creates this
data base of your biological property!

Under what Authority, or Contract does this government commit such a
flagrant violation and intrusion into a man's right of self
determination and choice? If there is a contract signed by me to obey
and participate willingly in this fraud and deceit and to willingly
participate in the destruction of this Nation, present it to me and I
will obey. If it cannot be brought forward, know this:

Neither the defacto Congress or the defacto Several States have
authority to adjust what may be called the rights of men, those
fundamental rights which are the essence of civil freedom,; but only to
declare and vindicate those fundamental rights which appertain to the
essence of citizenship, and the enjoyment or deprivation of which
constitutes the essential distinction between freedom and slavery.

The federal government has assumed powers that were never delegated to
it, all done in the name of �making this nation more fair.� This nation
was not founded on the principles of �fairness.� It was founded on the
principle of �Freedom and Liberty.� Every American has the same right
to succeed or fail. Every family has the right to decide what they will
teach their children. Every person has the right to travel in any state
in this nation without having to prove he is an American by showing a
�National Identity Card.�
Every American has the right to work in the profession of his choice,
worship the religion of his choice, marry the person of his choice,
live in the neighborhood of his choice, and procure the medical
treatment of his choice. The people have the right to do whatever they
please with their bodies and not have their actions construed as a
crime against the state. All these things are the rights of free people
and they do not need permission from government to exercise them by
virtue of their birth, not their birth certificate.

The abstract right of individuals to withdraw from the society of which
they are members, is recognized by an uncommon coincidence of
opinion;............ by every writer, ancient and modern; by the
civilian, by the common‑law lawyer; by the philosopher, and by
International Law. It is perceived as the law of nature, and of
nature's God.

I have no apprehension that this power, under our American system of
government, in which all official authority is derived from the people,
and exercised under direct responsibility to the people, has been
abused under the claim of Emergency, Necessity, the power to regulate
commerce, and the power to borrow money, all done under constructive
fraud which was a crime against the people.

The President and the Congress took an oath to support and defend the
Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and
domestic. They swore to faithfully execute the laws of the United
States of America. They violated that oath which ended the compact
between government and the people. I am exercising my right to
election. I am no longer to be considered a 14th amendment citizen of
the defacto united states or a citizen of any of the corporate defacto
several states. I am now announcing that I am electing to be an
American National, citizen of nothing defacto, and will from this day
forward serve and owe allegiance only to a government functioning in
original jurisdiction.

Be it now known to all, I am unwilling to continue to give my assent by
silence to Federal and State actors expressions of opinion and willing
participation in what seem to me actions calculated to cripple the
Constitutional powers of the Several States, and to create a situation
of involuntary servitude. I did not volunteer to surrender my GOD given
rights, thereby creating the appearance of voluntary acceptance of the
status of bonded slave, through federal legislation imposed on the
people of the several states. I refuse to be a bonded slave. I will not
comply.

DO NOT FEAR TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO DO.
YOU WERE NEVER TOLD WHAT GOVERNMENT WAS DOING UNDER THE DIRECTION OF
THE INTERNATIONAL BANKERS. THEY KNEW THE PEOPLE WOULD NOT ACCEPT
SLAVERY, SO IT WAS DONE UNDER TRICKERY AND FRAUD.

A Government Is Tyranny When:

It sets itself above the will and judgment of the people and refuses to
comply with the wishes of the people. It lies to the people to get what
it wants. The traditional rights of the people are treated as obstacles
to the objectives of government. It creates animosities among the
people.

You can live under liberty and freedom with a government that adheres
to the will of the people or you can live under tyranny. The choice is
yours.

If healthcare is a universal right and can be legislated, then federal
citizenship is equal opportunity slavery. He who controls your body
owns your life.

OK...third and last note...hehehe.

An update on the GOP here in Lauderdale County.

Wednesday I went to the Shoals Republican Group's luncheon. This occurs monthly. Wednesday was my second time attending, as I just heard about this group in October. Anyway, in October the meeting room was almost full. But we had a well-known speaker. This month it was very sparse...only 14 people were there. Obviously more work needs to be done with that group. They will not be meeting again until January...so I will be doing my best to make more people aware of them.

Last night (Thursday), I went to the Lauderdale County Republican Executive Committee (LCREC) meeting. I was very disappointed. This is the group I was talking about the other day that we are working hard to flood with conservatives. Guess who all was there? 7 people! And myself, hubby and son (WooHoo...my son is getting more involved) were three of them! Two of the others were also "guests". Only two people were there that are officially on the committee!

I did get a copy of all the committee members last night from the president (call him BB). There are names in all the positions, but BB told me that is an old list, and many of those positions are not filled. However, they are NOT going to fill them at this time. BB said since it is "so close" to the actual election (which isn't until June), that they will probably leave those seats vacant until then. BB also said you have to be on the committee to vote for anything in the LCREC. Basically, if I flood the committee meetings with conservatives, it won't matter at this time because they can't vote on anything until they hold a position, and they can't hold a position until June.

I am going to double-check this, because I think he is wrong. I told you before that I am working with some other conservatives to flood this group. Two of them are on this committee. We will call one WS, who is I think the VP of LCREC. The other is LW, who is the treasurer for LCREC. I thought WS said that all due-paying members can vote. I also thought WS said they would appoint people to fill the vacant seats between now and June with a majority of committee members agreement. WS is the one that pretty much runs things...BB is quite up there in years, and is pretty disconnected with the way things are these days.

Anyway, I have a lot of work cut out for me. I thought I would let you all know how it is going. How difficult do you think it would be to start up our own GOP group? Are there any particular rules on that? Should I try something like that?

CW, our primary here is sort of weird. Part of the reason is that we do not register to vote as a particular party. So, when you go to the primary voting places, you tell them which party's primary you want to vote in. In my county, there are many precincts that automatically give you a democrat ballot, and you have to actually hand it back and ASK for a republican ballot. It causes a bit of a problem with the people who do not understand they have the right to ask for a republican ballot.

Many people in this state also don't realize that they are not registered democrats. They supported the democrat party years ago, so they assume they HAVE to vote democrat. It is also a problem on the general election ballot. They actually have an option at the top of the ballot to vote the party line. You select either democrat or republican and you are done. Those people who really believe they have to vote democrat (and trust me, there are A LOT who believe that), they just mark that spot, and don't even pay attention to who they just voted for.

Part of my campaign effort is to educate people on both of the facts that they can AND SHOULD request a republican ballot in the primary (since I am running as a republican). Also, to NOT select the party line vote in the general, but to vote for each specific person individually.

I am going to work very hard in Montgomery to get that party line vote option off the ballot. Especially since I discovered it was democrats who got in on the ballot because they understood that most people (use to) vote democrat on local elections. I have never met so many "party line" voters in my life as I have here in NW Alabama.

Resistnet may be non-partisan, but did you not notice the title of this group? It is called "How to take back the GOP". Of course it is going to be about the GOP. Read the titles of the groups you are joining, then you won't have a problem with the group. You also will not have a problem with the whole site. How many other groups talk so much about the GOP? Most of them don't...they just mostly address conservatives. I hate to be the one to burst your bubble...but more conservatives are in the GOP than the DNC. Also, most in the DNC are not concerned about the conservative voice. We, at least, are trying to give the conservative voice a chance, since it is difficult to do anything without a large party backing. We are trying to take the GOP back to it's conservative roots. If you want to work on the DNC, or a third party, more power to you...start your own group. Resistnet is conservative, and if that is what your group is about, you will probably not have a problem starting a group on here.
You are welcome here, as long as you understand that this group is all about taking back the GOP for the conservative voice.

Cold Warrior, you are correct. We have started from a system where you had to have attachment to your community (in the form of property) to vote, to one where every Tom, Dick & Jose can vote with or without an ID. As a result we get the result of every ACORN registrant who wants to make mischief or worse. Make it HARDER to vote. Enforce Party registration. You'll get a better electorate.

Do you really want Democrats/Leftists voting or your Party's candidates?

We have evolved, for better or worse, into a two party system.

Accept it. Pick the one that you think best represents YOU and try to change it from within. Protect the right to be able to vote in a particular party's primary.

Open primaries are fraught with problems. Those are the FACTS.
