This is just too freakin insane.
Their Arrogance is only surpassed by their stupidity and greed!!! These same people have tax cheats in the house.

Bruce - I agree with you, this move is in-freakin-credible, but I'm definitely not surprised by this. I took a bus from Rochester, NY, last week to attend the House Call rally, and I remember thinking as Michele Bachmann spoke that she was one gutsy lady, and that "they" were going to go after her for this. Somebody, please tell me how ENCOURAGING AMERICAN CITIZENS TO EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS TO FREE SPEECH AND ASSEMBLY is a misuse of taxpayers dollars? Seems reminiscent of something that occurred recently, hmmm, let me see. Oh, I know - all of the totally unfounded charges placed against Sarah Palin when she was governor of Alaska.

Do you want to know what I think is a misuse of taxpayer dollars? How about Louise Slaughter's staffer, who addressed our group right off the bat as "you people?" Guess what, rude dude, it's not "you people," its "WE THE PEOPLE," and we're footing the bill for your salary and plush office space, and deserve a little more respect.

So, to Michele Bachmann, I say "keep fighting the good fight," and to everyone who can afford to, donate $9.12 to her campaign coffers - 'cause it's a well-known fact Nancy Pelosi is gunning for her.

I love the $9.12 suggestion of financial support for Michele. Roger and I already support her campaign, but will definitely send this exact amount to her as a show of moral support as well.
What a statement if she did start receiving this exact amount from all over the country. She'd know exactly that the 9/12 movement was in support of the stands she's taking.
