"No to Jesus" judge vote Tuesday!

Controversial Obama nominee, Judge David Hamilton, is being
covertly ushered through a Senate confirmation vote next week.
We have to act NOW. Please see below. --Mat

The "No to Jesus, Yes to Allah" judge, David Hamilton, is now
scheduled for a confirmation vote by the full Senate as early
as next Tuesday. This pro-abortion, anti-faith radical nominee
is up for a lifelong appointment to the Seventh Circuit Court
of Appeals.

We are appalled at his very nomination.

As anticipated, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is trying to
limit debate on Hamilton and slip the final vote under the radar.
Thus far, all of Obama's liberal judicial appointees have been
approved by the Democratic controlled Senate.

I've recently released a statement, along with other pro-life
advocates, calling on lawmakers to oppose Hamilton. In the
letter we state that, "Judge Hamilton fails to meet the
qualifications"... and that his record indicates that he decides
cases "on the basis of his politics and personal agenda instead
of the Constitution."

++Tell the Senate, "He is NOT qualified!"

Here is what I'm asking you to do: We are bombarding the Senate
with a Fax Barrage expressing our outrage over Hamilton's appointment.
I still need thousands of Liberty Counsel friends to stand with me.

Fellow Patriots, Hamilton is a former ACLU activist who, as a district
court judge, ruled that prayers using "Christ's name or title" were
sectarian and therefore unconstitutional. Then he ruled that prayers
to "Allah" were acceptable.

He ruled, "NO" to Jesus but "YES" to Allah! How skewed was his judgment?
The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals overturned his decision. Yet

President Obama has now nominated Hamilton to serve on the very court
that rebuked him!

In addition, this former ACORN fundraiser and pro-abortion advocate
blocked reasonable informed consent abortion laws and has a long
history of overt judicial activism.

This is clearly NOT a man whose judgment warrants a
PROMOTION to a lifelong appointment in a HIGHER
Court!

Stand with me, and the leaders of many other pro-life advocacy groups,
in stopping this dangerous appointment by the Senate. Even if you
have done so before, we need a HUGE outpouring of protest to stop
this travesty!

We must expose the radical opinions of this judge who misused the power
of the courts to say "NO" to Jesus and "YES" to Allah.
