Good News all...you can check out the tentaive schedule on the old we the people restore our constitution march which is now called Tax Payer Tea Party March and Protest.

We have finally worked out some details and we are co-sponsoring the Tax Payer Tea Party with Freedomworks. The Tea Party Movement is going to Capitol Hill!

September 10-12th

Please join us! We are making plans now and will be working on group rates at hotels, transportation and other logistics. Grassfire/Patriotic Resistance is excited to be joining with many groups to make this the the largest protest and we need your help to spread the word and make this thing go viral! We will also need your help with with fundraising and donations to the Patriotic Resistance. We believe it will cost approx. 75,000-100,000 to pull this off! All the organizations are starting their fund raising efforts!

There is a lot of work to be done between now and then. Please make sure you have joined your state group and district group, we will be organizing on the state level for transportation and charter bus rentals.

We will be making some changes to this group to reflect the current theme.

However- Joyce Elliott had the vote expunged - Which means she plans to bring it back up. Now she is working on others to gain support for her unconstituional proposal.

So- WE NEED TO STAY ON THIS - Contact these reps again and tell them this proposal is unconstitutional again -it is illegal! Tell them (Respectfully but firmly- Do Not Support This kind of Legislation!

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, MARCH 10, 2009 -- Robert Schulz, Chairman of We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education, will hold a public meeting on Saturday, March 14, 2009 from 1-4pm, at the Comfort Inn - Dean & McArthur Room, 707 Interstate 30 in downtown Little Rock, as part of a national tour to set up state organizations to support a Continental Congress slated for 2009. “The time has come to give our country back to the people of America by restoring our Constitution,” Schulz said.

Schulz has been addressing overflow crowds of concerned citizens since January 3, 2009, about violations of the Constitution that are the direct cause of the current economic crisis and its effects that now threaten the nation and individual Liberty. “Our suffering and chaos as a nation, and a planet, will not cease until We the People embrace our Founding Principles, live them as a nation, and encourage the Peoples of the world to join us in keeping the Light of Liberty burning,” he said.

Schulz is currently organizing “Continental Congress 2009” as a national assembly of The People to develop an action plan to restore Constitutional Order and hold the federal government accountable, as provided by the First Amendment. The goals of the national tour are to educate the public about the Continental Congress event, establish state organizations to elect delegates, and inform the public of a variety of Constitutional concerns that he maintains are “growing rapidly.”

“We The People and those we have put into elected office have become complacent and decided we need to react and make decisions based on the crisis of the moment. Since the 20th century, our elected officials have increasingly believed that they know better than our Founding Fathers and the Guiding Principles they outlined in the Greatest Documents ever given to mankind,” concluded Schulz. Mr. Schulz will explain how the growing disregard of the Constitution has resulted in a chain of events that now threaten to destroy America. He will present a list of Constitutional violations that have been supported by both major political parties and officials in all branches of government despite their oaths, under God, to defend and protect our liberties.

Thousands of members of his organization have repeatedly Petitioned our highest elected officials for Redress of these violations as the formal method provided by the First Amendment to hold them accountable to the Constitution. To date, not one elected official, President or U.S. Attorney General has responded to any of the petitions. According to Schulz, the next Constitutional step in finding a solution is to organize and hold a Continental Congress to determine how the people can legally and peaceably procure relief by ending and reversing these violations of the Constitution. “Our non-profit organization and its member have spent over 14 years trying to bring an out-of-control federal government back into compliance with our Founding documents,” he said.

“A Continental Congress, held in the spirit of the original Congress in Philadelphia, is an appropriate step in a peaceful process to address these concerns. The Congress will be an undertaking of historical importance, a turning point for America, as we follow the example of our Founding Fathers – a gathering of those with a proven passion for a Government based upon the consent of the governed, to discuss the state of our Nation and what the free People of America must do to restore the Light of Liberty,” Schulz stated.

“No one on the planet has what we in America have been given through our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. There are nations we have seen go through tremendous suffering to try to break out of oppression to achieve something remotely close to what America has taken for granted. We know there are millions beyond our borders in totalitarian, socialist, fascist, and communist countries who can only dream of the Freedom and Liberty that America symbolizes for them,” he continued. “Decisions made in the past and those being made now cause concern that America could be headed towards a similar outcome. Our vigilance and courage are important. We must seize the day or we may find ourselves depraved, pauperized and unable to take meaningful action. It will be too late.”
